In the Art Therapy sessions we will use the plastic arts as a means to improve or recover our emotional and social well-being, enhancing our creative capacity, reaffirming our identity and generating a channel of free expression.

Hello! My name is Almu, I am 24 years old and I am a professional photographer. I graduated as a Superior Technician in Lighting, Capture and Image Processing and I offer classes at home and online in Leganés and I can travel to Madrid. I like to teach and learn photography in a dynamic and creative way, in my classes I include notes, in pdf online by mail or printed in face-to-face classes, of the syllabus that we give in each class. I adapt the material of each class to the objectives that each student wants to achieve. I specialize in landscape photo, creative photo and portrait photo, and I teach: composition, lighting, camera settings, photography techniques, types of photography, types of photographic planes, types of cameras and lenses, editing in Lightroom and Photoshop, history of photography, how to create your online portfolio and marketing techniques to run your business on social media. Fashion designers all have to start somewhere -- with the fashion figure called a "croquis." A croquis is a quick sketch of a fashion figure, and the first step of all fashion designs. In this class, we will learn how to make a croquis, starting with a beginner fashion figure tutorial and learning techniques to make them personalized and bring your designs to life.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I graduated with a First Class BA Honours in Fine Art from Southampton University. I run workshops for groups locally, and work with therapeutic art techniques. I'm well-versed in grant writing, having achieved 3 successful grants to date and my work is featured in a number of publications. I have been fortunate enough to have works in private collections. My hours are flexible, and the range of mediums I work in is too. I have experience teaching, and am bilingual in English and Greek.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.
