I am able to teach painting using a variety of materials, equipment and styles from children to adults, beginners to advanced. Colour theory, spatial awareness, composition, art theory. I can also mentor & advise students for Scholarships, GCSE’s, A levels, FE & HE preparation. Working face to face is possible with studio in Sevenoaks as well as in City of London, (an artist studio complex situated on the 3rd floor City of London UK). Must like dogs!

Watercolour made easy is for everyone who wants to learn from sketch or who has experience and want to develop your skills further. I'm an experienced and award winning artist, passionated about watercolour. Here, I'm combining both my passions to share it with you! In this class, you'll learn how to use the brush to draw beautiful flowers, plants and (self-)portraits, from 'wet on dry' to 'wet on wet' techniques. The later is a technique that uses wet paint against wet paint or wet paper to create beautiful bleeds and blooms, allowing the watercolour paint to spread and blend. The results can be astonishing! FOR ALL LEVELS!

Art History has an interesting approach to understanding cultures and traditions. It provides an insight into human behaviour and emotion. It ties up the skill sets of an artist with history, politics and events that would have enhanced a masterpiece. Having worked as a tutor in adult learning, I can provide varied topics of study in Masterpieces, hidden secrets and political influences. As a practising artist, I can provide drawing and painting in watercolours, Acrylics and silk painting.

Being able to bring into existence a beautiful art piece the exact way you perceive it is an exceptional feat. I specialise in the realm of realism and surrealism - and I would like to help others do the same. In my classes, you will learn the basics of sketching realistic features of people, animals and locations. Building realism through different mediums and techniques, regardless of what level you are in this class will help you reach your realism ideals. No previous experience required, these classes are for anyone with personal artistic goals.

Crochet is a handicraft through which you can create many wonderful masterpieces, using a needle, thread and a set of rules that I will teach you. These rules are easy and simple, they need you to focus and a lot of practice. Crochet helps control anxiety, clears your mind and opens doors to a world full of geometric and color creations.

KEY OBJECTIVES: • To introduce the right toolkit to take on contemporary art of any kind, no matter how difficult, minimal and conceptually driven it may be. • To learn to spot and call out artwork that is being difficult or challenging because it’s a load of rubbish. • To make you feel more confident when making and looking at contemporary art! How can we be so categorical about something as subjective as deciding if art is ‘good’ or ‘bad’? Think of it like this: If you’re not any good at carpentry, you can still identify a poorly made coffee table. Basically, what we’re going to try to do is understand how to recognise if an artwork has been responsibly made or not. In the case contemporary art that has been made responsibly, this class will suggest that your kid could not have made it, any more than they could have removed your appendix, designed a suspension bridge or landed a crashing helicopter. In the case of art that has not been made responsibly, then yes, perhaps your kid could have made it.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

Dear students! My name is Anna, I am an opera singer and a teacher of vocal and acting skills. I will help you unlock your beautiful and unique voice, prepare for music school, university, competitions, or simply enjoy singing as a hobby and express yourself through it. My goal depends on your goals, and my teaching strategy is based on the tasks we set together. I warmly invite all who have a passion for singing! A bit about myself: I graduated from the Kazan Music College (Opera Singer and Teacher, 2015-2019), and with honors from the Kazan Conservatory (2019-2023) in the Musical Theatre department. I was a soloist at the opera studio of the conservatory and am actively engaged in concert performances. My teaching experience includes working with children and teenagers at the Academy of Laughter, as well as private lessons for adults. I also coach dramatic theater actors in singing. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don't always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.)
