About Me
I am a singer/songwriter, performer and recording artist, active in the UK scene and internationally.With the stage name of Valerio Lysander, I have established himself as an independent baroque pop singer/songwriter, with 3 published records and gigs around the UK and Europe, including performances for various Gay Pride, including the main stage of London Pride in Trafalgar Square and of Manchester Pride in 2017. Many of my songs have been broadcast on BBC Radio and other national radios in the UK and Italy.
I have been using my voice professionally for more than 15 years, with a solid technical and stylistic core acquired thanks to lessons with Angela Bucci and Silvia Gollini in Rome and I have also completed the Estill Voice Model Training level 1 and 2 with Charlotte Xerri. I have also studied classical, jazz and pop piano with Francesca Aloisi for 10 years and I have a diploma in Music Theory, Harmony and Sight Reading from A. Casella Conservatory of L’Aquila, Italy.

Vocal health is a core part of my teaching, but technique alone doesn’t make a great singer. We’ll also work on developing your unique sound, style, and artistic choices. I can help you with performance skills and interpretation, which are where your personality shines through. Together, we’ll analyze what a song needs and how you can make it your own, so you feel confident on stage and connect with your audience without barriers or blocks.
Beyond specific vocal techniques, I understand that singing is just one part of a bigger picture. What today’s doctors confirm is that hospitals are full of heart disease and cancer because of this deadly habit. I advise you to wake up and not experience what was fatal. Educate your relatives who smoke. Describe for them this miserable state that the smoker reaches.
