About Me
I am a professional musician with emphasis in music composition, but throughout my professional experience I’ve carried out diverse kind of jobs generating knowledge on different fields. In the academic field I’ve worked as a College Teacher of two important universities in Colombia and I received a fellowship of the international program “IBERMUSICAS” for working as a composer in the Mexican Center for the Music and Sound Arts CMMAS, in Morelia, Mexico in 2014.I co-directed the “Artistic Experiences in Movement Encounter" developed in 2018 in Colombia and in 2019 in Argentina, and since 2016 I’m the music director of the dance company “Remembranzas danza” with whom I’ve represented Colombia in different scenarios around the world in countries like, France, Belgium, México and Argentina.
I have a large experience in designing and implementing workshops about entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as in the management and coordination of social and cultural projects with different NGOs.

Project coordinator, Fundación Cumbre Iluminada (NGO), Remote, June - November 2020, currently I work as a coordinator of the project “Remembranzas Danza Escritura en Movimiento” this project is developing totally virtual and I organise and coordinate all the needed actions to achieve the goals of the project which is financed by the government of Colombia through the Ministry of Culture.Artistic Workshoper, Acción Cultural Popular (NGO), Caquetá, September 2019 - December 2019. Working with youngsters from 5 different towns in the Caqueta's region. I did several workshops in rural schools to empower the new generations about their reproductive and sexual rights as well as maternity /paternity responsable. Everything was developed through art workshops within a region where the consequences of the conflict arming in Colombia were devastating.
Project manager, Acción Cultural Popular (NGO), Bogotá, May 2018 - January 2019, I managed the project “Think big” which is financed by Telefónica Foundation Colombia. This project reached to 43 different towns in Colombia and more than 40.000 young people were beneficed. I leaded a team of 56 people and coordinated all the necessary actions focused on reaching the main goals and indicators of the project.
Composer, Fundación Cumbre Iluminada (NGO), Chinavita, October 2018 - November 2018, I composed the original music for the digital book called “Torbellinos Invisibles” By the dance director Angela Gámez Morales.

I was in charge of 14 facilitators who worked in the regions training teachers to work with young students in the formulation of social initiatives, looking to generate big changes in their communities.

We traveled to different cities around Colombia training teachers about innovation in the classroom. Also, we proposed a restructuring of the methodology used for the project “Think Big”
