Passionate about history, I am at your disposal for any help you would need to organize and study your EDM / geography / human sciences courses. Focusing on efficiency, I make sure that the study relies as much as possible on current events in order to make it alive and relevant. All seriously, but always in a good mood.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

This interdisciplinary course offers an introduction to three foundational fields: Biology, Psychology, and English Literature. In Biology, students will explore the basic principles of life, including cell biology, genetics, evolution, and ecology, gaining an understanding of the scientific processes that sustain life. Psychology focuses on the study of human behaviour, examining topics such as brain function, learning, memory, motivation, and mental health, with an emphasis on critical thinking and research methods. Lastly, English Literature provides an analysis of key literary works from various periods, fostering an appreciation for different genres and cultural contexts while developing skills in literary analysis and interpretation. Through lectures, discussions, and assignments, students will build a broad understanding of these fields and their real-world applications.

Navigating A levels can be a tricky time. I aim to offer support that's tailored to each student and their needs/preferences, hoping to create a fun and engaging study session! This is specifically for A level Psychology, but may include slightly lower/higher levels too. Availability can be discussed, as I'm fairly flexible during the week and weekends.

I have a Master's degree in Philosophy, with a specialization in the philosophy of history and art. I love teaching any subject in the Humanities, because I did an intensive degree in Humanities in Paris. I also taught different languages such as Spanish, French and English for many years to children of different ages, from kindergarten to high school.

I mainly teach math lessons from middle school to high school. Before starting the lessons, I need to get in touch with the student to know their level, the areas where they want to improve and their objectives. Depending on the level, I adapt the work seen in class to the different points of improvement and suggest exercises consistent with what the student is stuck on. At the same time, I go over point by point the elements that were not for the student (in the Ds and the questions) I rework the exercises seen in class. Finally, and this is the most important, I advise the student on his working methods, with what state of mind to approach the exercises. I can also provide homework help in subjects other than mathematics: I got 17 in the HEC philosophy exams and I didn't get below 18 in subjects such as SES, Philosophy and history in the BAC. I recommend at least one math lesson per week in order to take stock of the week; it is regularity that allows progress. As a Tutor at EDHEC I already have experience of courses with high schools. I am a calm, composed and educational person. In terms of math, I got 18 in my math baccalaureate and then I went to a HEC preparatory class at Louis-Le-Grand in advanced math where I had more than 12 hours of math per week.

I have other areas of knowledge, such as Mathematics and Physics, so just ask and I may be able to tutor you in those areas too. This is only for students at A-level or below. Furthermore, this is not a counselling service, I can teach you about Psychology, but I am not qualified to assist with any psychological issues that you may have.

With this tutoring class, my aim is to help the student to reach a level of understand of historical event with a methodology that is appropriate for the student and helps him/her. It can be a revision of basic notions seen in school or it can be the preparation of an exam .

Recent graduate of Oxford University, theology and religion. A*s in A levels and 9s at gcses. Will provide high level tutoring in any subject (ks2-4, gcse, a level etc) related to my degree subject. These include Religious studies, ethics, philosophy, politics, english (literature at a-level, lit and lang gcse). Can offer subject specific teaching, but also more generally essay writing practice, as well as oxbridge interview, personal statement, and entrance exam help, particularly for students in the state sector. While I cannot guarantee success, I will do my best to relay my experiences and hopefully provide students with helpful guidance. However, with the right keys, they do not pose great difficulties and can even be rewarding.
