For more advanced students, I would be happy to help you get to know one of the most defining aspects of the Russian language, namely its novels and poetry, which would be a great way to learn about the 'mysterious' Russian soul. I believe that studying in three different countries have allowed me to try out and assess various approaches to education in general and teaching languages in particular - from the rigourous Russian system based on ensuring that the students will obtain exceptional spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation skills, to the more relaxed yet more critical and analytical Western approach, focused on problem-solving and independent work. You will get the benefit of a vast bank of techniques, methods and learning materials that I have developed and accumulated over the past year will be used in class to pique and maintain your interest. I really recommend katja for your violin classes!!! She's a very good teacher. Katja has a rich background in music and is able to adapt the class according to the level of the student. Her explanations and corrections to evolve are concreet and very well done, which makes things easier to understand. She makes you love music and violin. She has a good time notion and makes the hour of the class efficient as she makes you work on different things. She's also a very nice person! Enjoy your class with katja :)

Valentyna is an excellent teacher. She is always extremely well-prepared. The level of her lessons is very well pitched: each lesson builds on the work of the previous lesson and I am always challenged throughout the lesson. This means I have learned a lot in a very short space of time and I can see the progress I am making. Valentyna is also very friendly and the atmosphere of the classes is very good. Arzu's lessons were very personalized. She takes the time to asses the level of which her student (me) is at and goes from there. She has been very open to answering any question I may come up with in between lessons and explains it in a way that is easy to understand by explaining the rules followed by example the student (me) can relate in order to get a better grasp of the language.
