Trusted teacher: Basically, I love teaching Italian and Violin! I do it with passion, love, and putting all my self in it. I shall guarantee professionalism, high teaching level and friendly attitude. Italian is the language of Opera and the fashion: understanding the language helps people to get deeper in the Italian culture and to enjoy literature, arts, music and all the most beautiful cities in Italy. My method consists in using grammar books to build solid skills but also reading original samples from Italian newspapers and books, making funny activities and also meeting Italian speakers in Bruxelles to consolidate practical skills of my students. I will encourage students to practise Italian with the new technology and have fun through listening to lovely Italian popular song, arias from Italian Opera or cartoons for children of amateurs (for more details, do not hesitate to contact me). Violin, solfège. I studied Master of Arts in Violin in London at the Royal Academy of Music. As violinist and musician, I think it is fundamental for a student of music to understand their bodies in order to feel the inner voice of themselves. I studied Alexander technique so in my teaching I always talk about relaxing, feeling the right tensions and avoiding the not-useful ones. I will be happy to teach violin to everyone who needs to improve musicality, technique, self-consciousness or simply who like to enjoy violin. As a violinst, I usually play with ensemble or in chamber music projects across the Europe. Basically I play historical instrument but I fell equally at home on the modern violin ( for more details and cv, do not hesitate to contact me). I teach English as well. Group language lessons(max 3 people) are warmly welcome. Discounts apply.

Hello! My name is Yuriy, and I am glad to welcome you to my page! I am a playing pianist and a private teacher of piano, synthesizer and music theory. I conduct a first lesson, where we can get to know each other and determine how compatible we are. Work experience I have been working with children and adults of any level for over 10 years. Both with those who study for themselves and with those who need help in development or professional preparation for exams / training. My approach The basis is the construction of a holistic musical personality, an individual approach. I help students express themselves and captivate listeners. This includes, in addition to all types of technique, ear training and music theory, also more general psychological skills and abilities related to your personality, such as, for example, artistry and musicality. In this sense, the student and teacher's understanding of themselves and music plays a major role; serious attention is paid to psychological processes in the lesson, since they are the most important part of the student's progress. Elements of psychoanalysis are included in the work (I have more than 7 years of experience in personal analysis). Unfortunately, teachers almost always do not know how to work in this area, which significantly worsens the quality of classes. In lessons, I start from your goals, desires and level, you can choose your repertoire and pace of learning together with me. Lessons are adapted to the age, level and tasks of the student - an individual approach. With students who study professionally, they are distinguished by greater intensity, the presence of exam lessons. With children, a minimum of theoretical discussions and a maximum of play. In my understanding, technique is a good sound and effect on the listener, so in lessons I almost always start from the process of expressing myself through music, from direct playing on the instrument. This means that I do not engage in meaningless memorization of techniques, but their mastery occurs through the creation of music, which makes the process enjoyable and interesting. Education and achievements I started my education at the Stasov Music School in Moscow (piano), and then continued at the Ippolitov-Ivanov Music and Pedagogical College (piano). I received a bachelor's degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music (piano). I am a diploma winner of the Moscow Piano Competition of Romantic Music (2018), and also a multiple participant in various concerts with solo and ensemble programs. I have more than 7 years of experience in personal psychoanalytic work, which allows me to delve into the details of each student. Work online I have several professional webcams for viewing hands and posture from different sides (including from above), as well as several microphones so that you can hear and see both your voice and playing with high quality. For lessons, you will need a device with Internet access, a camera and a microphone. Work is usually in Zoom or Jitsi. Thanks to the fact that the student and I see and hear each other well, my experience, as well as physical exercises and associative examples, we achieve good learning results!

Trusted teacher: Hello! I'm a 25 year old pianist finishing his Master's degree in Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag. I have ample experience as a teacher, and performing as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestra keyboardist and accompanist. I have been teaching since 2018 and love working with people of all kinds of music taste. I will adapt to your musical interests and help you accomplish your objective. On top of a piano teacher, I am a great piano coach, being able to help my students get where they want with the piano, even if they struggle with motivation to practice. I am easy going, and I adapt to your expectations and rhythm, so we can work together in fulfilling your goals! In my lessons, you will: - Learn how to understand a score, with all the theoretical knowledge you need to approach the repertoire that you want to study. - Learn how to practice the piano. Ever tried and struggled to focus or to develop as much as you wanted? I can help you with that. - Learn to play the repertoire you want, with a step by step process that helps you develop more ability and security - Learn piano technique - Learn how to enjoy music making! :) For the more medium and advanced students, I also offer: - Deep understanding of styles. I have done research on baroque and classical styles, and have studied with romantic, XXth century and contemporary music experts, which has given me deep knowledge on how to understand the different styles of Classical Music. - Advanced practice technique. Sometimes, the more you advance in the instrument, the harder practice can become. Know how to practice difficult technical passages and musical ideas. - Sound control. Even if the sound in the piano might seem limited, it is not, it can simply be difficult to control. But it is the most important quality of a musical performance, alongside style. - Great support. I will help you find motivation and organize your practice. I also am a great support teacher. If you or your child is already studying in an institution and you want some extra help, I have always been able to help students that have found themselves improperly motivated by their main teacher, or that want help practicing. Music is fun! Let's learn together.

Instrumental Teacher ( Piano, Guitar, Bass & Ukulele)
Mary
Mary has been great in our interactions. At the moment, we are meeting twice a week for an hour each session. She started with a class in which we got to know each other and she listen to my goals. Then, she prepared exercises and lessons specially designed to help me reach those goals with practice and also prepared lessons to help me continue growing as a guitar player. Moreover, she goes often out of her way to get songs challenging to my level, but that are doable with enough practice. In all, I am enjoying quite a lot of our classes and I am always looking forward to them.

David
David is an amazing teacher! He has very well thought out teaching style, focused on improving my technique, and providing clear and practical guidance. I really appreciated his willingness to tailor the lessons to my personal interests and goals. I also asked lots of questions about music theory and music production and he knew it all! I made a lot of progress with him and will definitely contact him for more lessons when I return to Rotterdam. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and friendly piano teacher, I highly recommend David!

Piano or theory teacher for beginners or professionals (Crawley)
Katie
It's a joy to work with Katie, she has a lovely personality and a very flexible teaching style. Apart from being a good pianist I value the fact that she is able to put music into context. She has the ability to comprehend and clearly explain the underlying musical dynamics of a piece, which allows her students to not only become better pianist but also better listeners and interpreters of music. Katie is the perfect guide for those wanting to gain a deeper understanding of music altogether.
