How can I help you? • I will Evaluate your English proficiency level • I will introduce you to the format and structure of the test: remember, knowing the type of tasks is half the battle! • I will provide you with a lot of exercises and materials and we will practice a lot • Depending on your needs, we can focus on the Listening and Reading Test, the Speaking and Writing Tests or both • During the preparation, if you get to an area that is going harder then we will do more exercises related to it or them (grammar, pronunciation, listening comprehension).

Hello! I've been teaching English as a second language and tutoring for 2 years, and have worked with over 70 children so far. These have ranged from 4 years old to 17 years old. I am more experienced with younger children who are at either a beginner or an intermediate level, but I also have experience tutoring teenagers in higher-level English classes to help with classwork and preparing for exams. I've really found a passion in teaching, and have decided to pursue it as a long-term career. I'm currently in the last stage of completing my TEFL level 5 qualification (equivelent to DipHE, CELTA, and Trinity CertTESOL). This first lesson will mostly be introductory in nature, for us to introduce ourselves to each other and for me to assess their skill level and their needs and reasons for taking lessons. Latin was popular a thousand years ago, French - a couple centuries ago, English is the language of the 21st century! We'll work on Speaking and Writing skills, and, of course, Grammar. For advanced learners I fancy such books as Destination and Grammar in Use (we won't be restrained by just these, though). With beginners we'll be maintaining a decent active vocabulary.
