Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes. You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor. Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
