I am Mavi, a physics engineer working at an aerospace company. I have been teaching private lessons at the primary, secondary, high school, and university preparatory levels for 9 years. I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, and science. I have a good command of the curricula of IB, IGCSE, American, Hong Kong, and international schools. Additionally, I hold the position of president at the Astronomy Society, where I foster my students' interest in astronomy and science beyond the lessons. The General Educational Development (GED) is a series of four tests that certifies a student's academic knowledge is equivalent to a high school diploma in the United States. The GED is an alternative to a high school diploma. It's a good option for students who haven't completed their secondary-level studies but want to access a U.S. university. During the lesson I give many examples to make the subject matter more interesting and we solve exercises together. Once the student has mastered the exercises from the lesson, I give some more challenging exercises to also test on the deeper understanding of the subject matter. In this way I try to optimally prepare the student for his / her test or exam. However, learning should also be enjoyable.
