It's another way of experiencing the transverse flute which is very fun and interesting for your musical development. - All levels welcome! My primary goal is to make you love your classes; I therefore adapt to you, your desires and your needs.

Hello everyone!:) My name is Monika and I’m a 2nd year student at Royal Conservatory in Brussels. I love to work with people and share my knowledge that I gained throughout the years by attending a lot of lessons and masterclasses with great professors. If you would like to start playing flute or develop your flute playing I would love to help you and share everything that I learned:). We can work with different repertoire, the most important thing is to find one that suits you the most and one that you have the most fun with! Hi, I am Thore. I’m a German Bachelors degree flute student at the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen. During my studies here I could and still can gather a lot of knowledge about methodology and pedagogy and could already make a few teaching experiences. For me teaching means learning from each other. Thus the student of course gets insight to my knowledge about music and instrumental technique but I will also learn a lot from the student about the individual factors of flute playing and music making in general. In my lessons I focus a lot on breathing and posture because for me these two are the most influential factors to healthy and beautiful playing. I am also open to incorporating the students musical interests e.g. Disney- and Pop-songs. Lessons can be conducted in Dutch, English and German.

A fun class to lear all you wanted to know about flute playing and also flute maintenance. I have many years experience in teaching flute for all levels of playing. I van accommodate the class for each student's needs depending on the level and aspirations of each player.

I have played the flute for more than 20 years, and have been teaching since 2011. I offer flute lessons to children aged 8 and up, and adults at all levels from beginners to post Grade 8. I also teach recorder to younger beginners- I find this is a good stepping stone for younger children as it's more comfortable for smaller beginners to hold, and easier to make a sound on. Learn to pass exams or just for fun- many of my students achieve highly in ABRSM and Trinity grades, but some prefer not to take exams and this is fine too. Whatever your level, one to one tuition means that I can tailor my teaching to your needs as a flute player, and my teaching takes into account the reasons you learn an instrument, encompassing a wide variety of repertoire. I also teach music theory- lots of students come to me to help prepare for Grade 5 theory, and I also teach higher theory grades.

My flute lessons are available in a flexible time frame from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a frequency of weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference. As a graduated flutist with a bachelor and master degree from the conservatory, where teaching was an important part of my education, I have experience with both group lessons and individual lessons. My method is focused on enthusiasm for music and flute playing, where I welcome every student, regardless of background, language or level. Everyone is welcome to start their musical journey with me!
