I quickly noticed that the problem often comes from understanding the exercises given rather than the course itself, so here's how I like to proceed: I always start by first making sure that the principle of the course is understood by focusing on the points that block, and then we can start looking at the exercises, given by the teacher, that pose a problem. The goal is that at the end of the rehearsal course, the student has in his hands cards with the different methods used to solve all the possible types of exercises, especially those requested in the exam. I myself take care of preparing these sheets during the rehearsal course in order to summarize all the methods acquired.

I love teaching and have always enthusiastically helped my classmates. I have been giving private lessons since 2016 (around 25 students, including 4 for a General Physics course in propaedeutics). I am also an assistant for two courses at EPFL (3rd year Bachelor and Master levels), and I co-created and taught the EPFL Advanced Analysis course (for mathematicians and physicists) during the week welcoming new students. Many students are preparing for the start of the new school year at EPFL, but many of them are lost and don't know where to start. Some drag gaps from gymnasium/college with them, which prevent them from starting to learn/relearn math and physics and prepare well for the start of the school year. In this course, I propose to supervise the student in his preparation. This course is adapted to the level in mathematics (standard and advanced) and physics (standard) of all sections of EPFL*.
