I’m a classical singer based in Brussels. My career consists of performing as a soloist in opera houses, with orchestras and fantastic musicians. Besides that, I love teaching and I’ve been doing it for 10 years! I teach to all levels and ages! I have experience in jazz and rock music, as well as a wholistic approach to singing! We collaborate to help you develop your singing voice and discover what you can do with it. Online via Skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp and of course most importantly face to face. Your tutor has 26 years of professional experience singing musicals, opera, symphonic pops, concerts, recitals, and popular music in the UK, Germany, France, Luxembourg & South Africa. Sessions are 45 minutes or 60 minutes either face to face or online We teach a technique that can be used anywhere across all genres of music and this includes breath control, posture, repertoire, exercises just for you. We work at your comfort level developing your voice over time in a healthy and sustainable manner. Each singing voice is unique therefore each voice requires a unique and distinct approach tailored to the individual. Sessions are taught in Luxembourg city but also across the whole of Luxembourg including Esch, Diekirch, Miersch, Ettelbreck, Grevenmaacher, Bertrange and Dudelange.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to begin by studying musical notes and notation before delving into songs. While some students prefer to jump straight into playing songs, understanding the fundamentals of music notation accelerates progress in the long run. Dedication and hard work can yield significant progress within a year, enabling you to play simple tunes. However, if you lack a passion for music or the instrument itself, I advise against pursuing it. As a friendly and passionate teacher, I derive joy from witnessing my students' progress and enjoy playing duets with them. I am a vocalist and a music practitioner. I am a disciple of Vidushi Sanhita Nandi ji of the Kirana Gharana. I have completed my masters in Classical Music (Vocal) and aim to spread the knowledge gained by my Gurus among those who are sincere and/or passionate for learning Hindustani Classical Music and light music. The focus of my classes are aimed at the systematic development and aesthetic appeal of Ragas. For students willing to learn music seriously but with little exposure to learning, I begin with various vocal exercises for pitch accuracy and voice culture. Thereafter, I begin the work of Raga development and presentation. I also teach Bhajans for those who wish to learn 'Sugam Sangeet' (light music.)
