Hello everyone! My musical journey began when I was just four years old, starting with the piano. Later, at the age of seven, I eagerly embraced the violin, adding its enchanting melodies to my repertoire. I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music. Beyond classical music, I've always been drawn to exploring different genres and styles. As a member of the Jong Metropole Orchestra in 2023, I relished the opportunity to collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds, pushing the boundaries of traditional musical conventions. In every note I play and every project I undertake, my passion for music shines through. It's a journey of exploration, growth, and discovery, and I'm excited to continue sharing my love for music with the world. I've been teaching during the last 8 years. I am flexible with the students needs and I embrace fun and creativity in my lessons.

With more than 200 students through all my life, more than 500 shows (mostly in Spain but also around Europe and a couple of minitours in America), 15 CD’s/EP/singles published (as a frontman, sideman and producer), a bachelor in jazz-modern music guitar (Taller de Músics - Barcelona), half bachelor in piano jazz (Conservatori del Liceu - Barcelona) and a long professional music career behind me playing a ton of different styles (pop, rock, funk, metal, jazz, folk, rumba, reggae...), I’ve come from Barcelona to Rotterdam to continue my musical journey by doing the latin master at Codarts. I’ve been working as a music teacher for around 12 years (I’m 29 years old), both doing private lessons and in different music schools, being the most important one the “Escola de Música Creu Alta” in Sabadell (Barcelona), which is one of the biggest music schools in Spain (with more than 900 students), in which I was the Head of the Modern Music Department. I teach guitar (electric and classical), piano (electric and classical), composition, musical production (with Logic Pro), ensemble and modern music theory AT ALL LEVELS, from 100% beginners to people who want to prepare themselves for the music bachelor. I can adapt totally to what the student wants and is looking for, but also, since I have a lot of experience, I have the lessons well planned, I know which songs and exercises work better depending on the aspect that we want to work (tempo, chords, scales, sound, improvisation...) and when I see someone playing I can see in which aspects is the person strong, and in which aspects has the person more problems, so that way you won’t waste your time! Also I’m a fun and very empathic person so we will have fun, which is the most important thing!! I speak 5 languages 100% fluently: Catalan, Spanish, Portuguese, French and English, so we can do the classes in one of these languages, and I’m working on my Dutch, I have an intermediate level and I think I could do lessons in it, but probably I would have to switch to English if the topic is a little difficult, I hope that changes in a few weeks/months, I’m studying every day! Hello! I am Celia, a professional saxophonist and singer. I am offering individual (online or face-to-face) lessons in Saxophone, Singing, Improvisation, or Music Theory. I have seven years of experience as a teacher. In my lessons, I adapt completely to the needs of the student, regardless of their age or level. Depending on what you want to improve or what you are willing to learn, I will design the sessions specifically for you. Composing music can be intimidating, but it’s actually stimulating and hands-on, and it’s not all about sitting at a table in front of a paper imagining music. In these lessons you’ll learn about composition techniques, harmony, melody, rhythm, form, composing through improvisation, and much more. Everything you need to translate your ideas into your own preferred genre of music. Depending on your background and musical preferences, we will adjust the content of the lessons so that it fits you best. The lessons can be done in English, Dutch, Spanish or Catalan.

Short Musical Biography Born and raised in Iran, Khorshid grew up in an artistic family. When she was seven years old she started her musical journey playing setar with her father. After entering the Conservatory of Tehran she chose Tar. Tanbour was another dimension in her exploration. For her playing, all these instruments happened so naturally. She was just sixteen when she started her professional activities playing with Shams ensemble. During those years she played all around Iran and other countries such as France, Italy, Austria, Morocco, Sweden, Netherlands. She has been teaching from the age of seventeen. After she got her Bachelor from the Conservatory of Tehran, her curiosity led her to Netherlands and got her Master degree at the World Music Department of Codarts Conservatory of Rotterdam Codarts. During her study at Codarts she learned playing Baglama in Turkish department. When I teach, apart from teaching the technique of the instrument is so important to me, I also help them to understand and have more awareness about music and be able to perform all their musical ideas in a successful way. I analyze the student in order to choose which is the best approach in order to motivate him or her. Tar To become a professional Tar player is important for me to have a good technique. I teach all different schools of Tar players by giving repertories and etudes. I also teach about Dastgahi music and in advance level how to improvise based on Dastgahi and Modal music. Setar As this instrument is so delicate is important for me to be aware about every notes you play and in order to reach this point you learn from me proper technique. I teach you Dastgahi music by playing Radif Dastgahi. In advance level we also play together more to learn improvisation. Tanbour As a performer of Tanbour, Sonority is so important to touch the ear. I teach you unique techniques of tanbour with my own method. By playing different compositions and etudes you learn Makams of Tanbour. In the advance level I mostly concentrate on improvisation. Baglama I teach you the basic techniques of this instrument and we play together different repertories of regions in Turkey consist of Anatolian music and Ottoman Music.

My name is David, I'm a trumpet player, composer, and conductor based in Rotterdam. I started to study music when I was 8 years old and I get the Professional Music degree in the specialty of classical trumpet at the Conservatory of Noia (Galicia, Spain) and I've been playing Jazz since I was a teenager. In my country, I have been a student with teachers such as Paco Charlín or Abe Rábade, whom I have considered my mentors for years, but I have also studied and attended numerous masterclasses and workshops with internationally renowned teachers such as Michael Phillip Mossman, Antonio Hart, Darren Barret, Michel Camilo, Logan Richardson, Orrin Evans ...etc. With 18 years working and studying the trumpet, I have been fortunate to play with numerous artists and projects such as Phillip Dizack, Nelson Cascais, Kyle Poole, Dyna Stephens, Walter White, L.A.R. Legido, Jesús Santandreu, Pontejazz Big Band, CSM Big Band and also with different groups and orchestras of dance and Latin music. As a teacher, I have experience teaching in different schools, teaching trumpet lessons, music theory, and choir and ensemble conduction, working with both young children and adults and the elderly, aged between 4 and 85. My classes are individualized and personal, adapting to the needs and concerns of the student to help him evolve and meet his objectives.

The term "appreciation" has roots in philosophy, described in this context as the understanding of the value and merit of different styles of music. FL studio is a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) that has been one of the most used software in the professional field as well as for pure hobbyists for years. For me, Daniël, it led to graduating from the Herman Brood Academy as a Pop/HipHop producer in 2015, as well as winning the Grote Prijs van Rotterdam in 2021. In the meantime, I have done (co)productions for artists including Topnotch (Universal), and my most recent tracks have been heard on BBC1Xtra Radio, for example. With my lessons I would like to help you from the basics in your development as a music producer. All lessons are tailor-made and practice-oriented, with the necessary theory being applied on site when this is essential. As a cello teacher, I always try to pass on my passion for music to my students. Of course, they will learn how to read sheet music and all the other technical aspects of playing the cello. However, most importantly, they will also be able to choose what pieces they want to play. Each part of the lesson is also about making music together, for example by playing in a duet. This way, students can develop their playing skills with others.
