As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional.We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ? I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class. Are you ready for this journey ? (Beginner, intermediate or advanced welcome) Pilates, Barre and other classes available with me on demand. I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes. You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor. Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.

“Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises. Sure, they might have helped you relax, maybe encouraged you to take a deep breath or two (or more) and maybe you felt a bit better. But then you got sick and scared, or had a fight with your partner, or yelled at a stranger. And you thought, “Well, eff that. I’ve been meditating for days/months/years and I’m still a jerk. Meditation doesn't work.” And you are right. Meditation doesn’t work if what we are trying to do is bypass the difficulties and discomfort of being a human being. If you are trying to change who you are. Then meditation definitely doesn’t work. But it does work if what you are seeking is to suffer less. Or at least to suffer well. And you don’t even need to be a Buddhist to explore Buddhist meditation. I look forward to meditating with you. We can practice, then talk about practice and life. It’s kind of the same thing.

I emphasise the importance of honouring your own body and its limits, encouraging each participant to listen to their own intuition and let their moves be the moves of truth. My guidance is rooted in traditional practices, but I adapt the sequences to make them accessible and beneficial for all levels. Moreover, as yoga is not only asanas, I love to include meditation and pranayamas in the classes while I incorporate live singing (in-person classes). I use my voice to enhance the atmosphere and create a deeper connection to the practice and one's body, as the frequency of singing is healing.
