Hello! I’m Miguel, a 22 year-old musician/singer/songwriter, based in London. I’ve been studying music theory and professional violin since I was 4 years old. I started as an orchestra player and went to music school till I was 18, when I started writing and composing my own material. I’d love to share some of the knowledge I’ve gathered through the years with you guys, whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience in the area, I’d love to help in any way I can to increase your abilities and achieve your musical goals. I can travel to your location on specific days of the week, but also offer online sessions if needed

I'm a London-based, classically trained violinist who loves helping people explore and expand their skills on the violin. Each student is unique and has their own strengths, weaknesses and goals, and guiding them along their path is like solving a different puzzle every time. And I love puzzles! I tailor my teaching to the student, so in a first lesson I like to get to know you a little bit, hear about your ideas, your goals and what your relationship to the instrument is. My method is ... LEARN BY MAKING YOUR MUSIC! The student will learn techniques, stylistic elements, tricks ... already by working on his first tracks: to keep motivation and satisfaction high, the result is always visible! The lessons are face-to-face and personalised according to the level of experience and the musical style of the student. The presentation of the information is clear and accompanied by practical examples. I'll show you how to: - use Ableton Live, - program and control synthesizers and virtual instruments, - use microphone and sound card to record your voice and your instruments, - process sound with effects (plugins) and optimize it for diffusion (mixing and mastering), - make your songs, from start to the last details. I also speak Spanish, French, German and Italian.

I'm an experienced teacher, with students of different levels/ages. I enjoy the diversity of students and understanding of their different ways of learning and goals and for me, this is the best part of the job - to know an treat each student as a unique person that they are. You'll be encouraged to make music from the very first day. Together with some necessary music theory, always applied to the instrument, you'll learn pieces of gradual difficulty. We make use of progressive tuition methods and you'll learn a solid technique by playing scales, bowing and fingering exercises and easy tunes to begin with. Repertoire includes etudes, playful and challenging concert pieces and from the very beginning duos to play with the teacher.

Everyone is musical to learn music! I offer instrumental lessons for piano and Guzheng to students of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of your level of proficiency. I also provide lessons Western music theory ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 8, as well as Chinese music theory lessons. I am a professional pianist who has studied in St Petersburg Conservatory (in Russia) and at the moment work as a pianist, organist and concertmaster in different locations and I am willing to share my knowledge with people who have a passion for music.
