Flute for beginners and advanced, fun and creative!

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
In my many years of teaching experience I have learned that every student has their own path, their own goals and their own preferences. And that's ideal for me, because I'm a classically trained flautist, have specialized in contemporary music and at the same time like to include jazz standards and world music in my teaching repertoire. We start the class with warm-up exercises and depending on the path you want to take, we will continue with technical exercises, etudes, repertoire and improvisation exercises. In any case, whether we're playing an Etude, a Bach Sonata or a piece by Miles Davis, fun and well-being come first!
Depending on age and goals, we can arrange 30-45 or 60-minute lessons. For younger children who are not yet sure whether they want to start playing the flute, we can schedule a first time with the recorder.

I've been teaching in different contexts for about 15 years, but I've had a position in a music school for 6 years. I have worked with very young children, teenagers, university students and fellow musicians who wished to learn to play the flute.
I am an Italian native speaker and offer language courses for adults and children. I love my language and have been teaching for years, but I have also studied music education and worked in different schools and am used to working with different age groups. Are you passionate about the Italian language and would you like to start or improve your knowledge? Do you have to prepare for an exam or are you having problems with Italian classes at school? Then you can contact me and we can define your goals together and achieve them without stress. We can speak in Italian during the class or if you need it I can clarify your doubts and give you explanations in German, English or Spanish. Meeting online is also an option!

Learn how to play traditional Chinese bamboo flute (Xiao or Dizi)
The bamboo flute is a popular woodwind instrument that is wildly used in traditional Chinese music and Chinese plays. The clean and high-pitched sound from bamboo flute makes it one of the most representative instruments in Chinese culture. The flute was entitled “Bamboo flute” because most of them are made of bamboo. Despite of the fact that some of the flutes are made of other materials such as stones, woods...etc, the flutes are still known as bamboo flute due to the excellent and characterized sounding effects from bamboo. The typical bamboo flutes are shown in Figure 1. There are two basic types of bamboo flutes according to their pitch scale and general size. The first type is called “Bang-Di”. It is basically shorter in length and capable of producing higher pitches. The tone from this type of bamboo flute is brighter and sharper. The other type is called “Qu-Di”. It is longer in length and lower in pitch produced. Opposite to the first type, the tone of Qu-Di is more smooth. The bamboo flute is a transposing instrument, and the tonality of every flute is marked on the side of their bodies. Generally, the bamboo flutes can cover pitch scale up to two octaves plus one whole tone. In this class, you will learn about - Playing technique - Membrane pasting and adjustment - Basic music theory : Score reading (numbered musical notation/modern staff notation) - Traditional pieces playing or pieces preferred by students. My music class varies in instrument, genre/style of music and level of musicality and is dependent on the individual who would like lessons. I teach face-to-face and online lessons. I tailor music flute around the student and their needs as I find a student-centric method always cultivates an enriching musical experience for the student and myself. I take great interest in understanding a student's unique goals, learning styles and preferences. I recognise that each student has a unique learning style; some students thrive with a structured approach, while others may prefer a more creative and exploratory method. By adapting my teaching techniques, and tailoring resources specific to the individual, I ensure you will feel completely comfortable and thoroughly enjoy your flute lessons. I create lesson plans and realistic goals that encourage students to reach their full potential. I keep detailed records of the student's progress, including milestones achieved, areas for improvement, and practice strategies. I believe it is vital to regularly share this information with the student and their parents in order to reinforce their growth and motivate them to continue their progress on flute. Learn the transverse flute / piano / musical training / singing
Music lessons to learn the transverse flute, piano or singing with learning music theory at the same time. Open to all, whether you are a beginner, initiated or experienced in the practice of an instrument, child or adult. Generally, the music lesson takes place in 4 times; First, the teacher reviews the previous lesson and the exercises given in order to find out whether the student has understood or whether, on the contrary, he or she has encountered difficulties; Secondly, there is the practice of music theory: this will allow the student to read a score and learn to follow the rhythm of a piece of music. Thirdly, there is practice, that is to say learning a piece under the guidance of the teacher in order to interpret the chosen piece properly. In a fourth step, there are the exercises to work on for the next course. These exercises are to be done at home in order to allow the student to improve NB: Playing the piano requires most of the time to have a good level of music theory. It is not impossible to learn the piano without music theory, but you would deprive yourself of so many things and time of musical works among the gigantic piano repertoire. It is important that the student practices regularly.

    Kai
clarinet teacher, We can learn about the clarinet at all levels
The clarinet is a single-reed musical instrument in the woodwind family, with a nearly cylindrical bore and a flared bell. Clarinets comprise a family of instruments of differing sizes and pitches. The clarinet family is the largest woodwind family, ranging from the BB♭ contrabass to the E♭ soprano. The B♭ soprano clarinet is the most common type, and is the instrument usually indicated by the word "clarinet". German instrument maker Johann Christoph Denner is generally credited with inventing the clarinet sometime around the year 1700 by adding a register key to the chalumeau, an earlier single-reed instrument. Over time, additional keywork and airtight pads were added to improve the tone and playability. Today the clarinet is a standard fixture of the orchestra and concert band and is used in classical music, military bands, klezmer, jazz, and other styles.
