This class is designed for emerging artists and anyone curious about exploring art, regardless of background or experience. In this course, you will: 1. What I offer: I offer coaching, mentoring, directing to children and young people to gain confidence in themselves in whatever they wish to pursue and build their performance skills. Whether this is preparing for their first time public speaking, support in preparing their GCSE/A-Level performances, or to have feedback on their first play, I am delighted to discuss what would suit you or your child and tailor it to your specific goals. Lessons are usually an hour but flexible to discussing other arrangements.

I am a former police detective who once worked with victims and witnesses of crime. In 1999 I was awarded the Maryland Governor’s Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Contributions in the Field of Victim/Witness Services. Fond of true crime, I enjoy advocating through storytelling by giving voice to the dead, ignored, and oppressed. My purpose in writing has always been to champion social impact narratives, provoke thought, and effect change for representatives of the BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) community(ies). As a U.S.National Finalist in the Coverfly Screencraft Virtual Pitch Spring 2022 and again in Fall 2023, I am now in the nascent statges of completing my first manuscript for a creative non-fiction book due to be self-published Winter 2024.
