Besides being a singer and performer, my other passion is teaching and connecting to people through music. I am aiming to help my students finding their strengths and uniqueness and encouraging them how to overcome any challenges that come on their way. I believe that creating a safe and friendly environment always allow the students to easily unfold and deal with their barriers. On the lessons, we will be focusing on your personal growth and creating your own routine that will help you to achieve your goal. Working on breathing, posture, and certain exercises that will guide you how to control your own body and instrument and learn how to be precent on stage feeling confident and free. On the other hand, we will be diving into the important aspects of writing and arranging, and gain valuable knowledge of music theory that comes together with it. Hi! I'm Juš and I am studying jazz drums at the MUK - Music and Art Private University of the City of Vienna with Professor Mareike Wiening. I play drums in many different groups, bands, collectives, projects. I have been playing Drums for 13 years, beginning with Rock music and then moved to Jazz where I studied jazz drums at the Conservatory of music and ballet Ljubljana. I offer lesson of Jazz, Rock, Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Soul, RnB and similar styles of music, whatever you are interested in.I love working with everyone who is willing to improve or start learning about drums and music!

I have been giving private music lessons and fortepiano for a long time. In addition to my classical music education in 2000, I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychopedagogy in 2006. This year I am interested in expanding my practice to include more students with special needs. I learned about the different ways music can help students with special needs. It helps them express their emotions and develop their memories and self-regulatory skills. It can show them strengths that they might not otherwise find during their school day. It can also open their eyes to a whole world of expression and beauty, enriching their lives. I find out what works for a particular student, what distracts them, what motivates them, what helps them focus and sometimes just learn how to relate to them.
