Fascia flows to free your body. Reset the body with Balance Workout

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point.
The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐
✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc.
📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs.
🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅
The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation.
Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

About Me

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
Hello!
Thanks in advance for your interest in reading a bit of my profile and approaching some of the proposals offered 🤗
Well, first of all, my name is Carla and I would like to tell you that I am a Professional Dancer and Teacher in the discipline of Classical and Contemporary Dance. I was born in Argentina, but I have lived in Mexico for about twenty years now 🔥🙏
In addition to my profession, I love to dance everything, especially salsa and tango. I feel happy in contact with nature, lately I have been interested in plants and the garden, it takes time 😉
I am a lover of observation and the way in which the body adapts to the rhythm. I love analyzing the biomechanics of actions and finding ways to improve them and give them the individual touch that each person requires.
I love traveling, meeting people, although I admit to being selective with who enters my environment 🙃
I am curious, knowing and acquiring new skills. I feel happy to be accompanied by my pet guides 🌺
In my dance work and lifestyle, I have experienced bodily and emotional injuries that have led me to seek other parallel axes of encounters with my way of being in my present with and from the body and my faithful companion the mind. As far as being physical is concerned, I approached intuitively at first and then more formally to various knowledge related to the processes of re-training, rehabilitation and improvement of postures and muscular compensations for repetitive sports gesture or unnecessary muscular tensions for accumulation of efforts and anchored emotions.
Trust the body for its own realignment, through analytical and comprehensive work.
During the Pandemic, the time available, I favor the exploration spaces to result in a training that today I call
"BALANCE WORKOUT". ✨🙏 One of the class proposed on this Platform.
Since then, I continue to merge the work approach in the rest of the activities that I manage, observing very beneficial results. I mention it on a very personal note, since I have experienced it myself. 🔥
On the other hand, I am gradually making the proposal known and trusting, opening my work to the online market and leaving aside the obstacles that one usually puts up. 😅

"Small changes, generate big benefits"❗

I am very happy with Carla and look forward to many more sessions!
She will put you too work! Also she’s very kind and knowledgeable ^-^
📌It doesn't always take two for things to work... To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence! I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects. There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗 Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅 ❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask? I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form. We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance. With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩 Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️ Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.
It is a training program that aims at myofascial release induced by movement to restructure muscle patterns, relieve tension pain and restore balance in mobility and joint functionality that often affects sports gesture or daily life. ➡️Benefits: ✓Training without joint impact. ✓ Development of coordination and balance. ✓Toning the body from the balance between eccentric and concentric contractions. ✓Lengthened muscles and less exposed to injuries. ✓Restructuring of muscle patterns that allows the release of tensions that affect the sporting gesture. "SMALL CHANGES GENERATE BIG BENEFITS"✨
The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Coordination, agility, resistance, stability, flexibility and proprioception will be objectives within reach during classes! Commitment and dedication will be our allies 🤗 There is always time to start with your dreams and goals, whether you are just starting out, you have been training for a while and you want to give your work a twist to the codes of classical dance from a more organic perspective or dance has simply been part of your life and you like to be active based on the psycho-physical benefits of this discipline. Together we can share the process of training from a different consciousness, attending to the body as a whole.😁

Group Intention Meditation – “The Power of Eight” Lynne MC Taggart Method
Group Intention Meditation – “The Power of Eight” Group intention meditation, based on the Lynne MC Taggart Method's "The Power of Eight," is a practice in which a group of people join together with a common purpose to send positive energy and intention to a specific person, situation, or goal. Through concentration, visualization, and group connection, a powerful energy field is generated that enhances the manifestation of positive changes. Numerous studies have shown that collective intention has a real impact on both those who receive it and those who send it, generating well-being, healing, and transformation on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. In these sessions, we gather in a space of harmony and connection to focus our energy on a shared purpose. It's a deeply transformative experience that strengthens our sense of community, raises our vibration, and allows us to play an active role in creating a more conscious and balanced world.

Satyananda System of Yoga: "health, happiness, and harmony in life through yoga" (Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati)
My personal goal is to share the experience of "health, happiness, and harmony in life through yoga" (Swami Niranjanananda's guideline) with others. I firmly believe that yoga is a powerful tool to promote physical and mental well-being, find inner peace, and lead a balanced life. This philosophy flows into my teaching and inspires my students to begin their own journey towards greater well-being and harmony. After practicing yoga intensively since 2008, both in Satyananda ashrams in Greece and India, as well as daily as a personal sadhana, and initiated in Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, my heart has been even more dedicated to the Satyananda system of yoga. My yogic name (Sannyasin Sri Vidya) reflects my deep connection to this tradition. My commitment to yoga is also evident in my continuous education. Since 2008, I have been participating in numerous yoga and meditation workshops and seminars in Europe and India. In 2024, I successfully completed my Yoga Alliance training in Vienna, further refining my skills as a yoga teacher. For the past year, I have been teaching yoga privately to adults, gaining valuable experience in imparting yoga practices. My passion for yoga, coupled with my musical background, allows me to create unique and inspiring yoga classes. My academic career includes a Master's degree in Musicology with a specialization in Music Education, as well as various Bachelor's degrees in Classical Piano, Opera Singing, Music Composition, and Theory. As a flutist and passionate kirtan singer (kirtan.serenityinaction.com), I bring a special musical touch to the yoga practice. A special advantage is my ability to teach yoga primarily in English and Greek. These language skills allow me to reach a wide range of students and offer international classes. As a yoga teacher, I pass on my knowledge as follows: -Creating an inviting atmosphere -Structure of the lesson: Starting with mantras chanting, asanas, pranayamas, relaxation (Satyananda System of Yoga) -Clear guidance and demonstration when necessary -Addressing students individually -Conveying yoga philosophy -Motivating and inspiring -Being authentic and leading by example -Open to questions and feedback

One to one Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga. Yin-Yoga. All levels.
This class is dedicated to all those who wish to calm the nervous system and work on rooting themselves in the present moment. Connecting with the body and its language. A combination of yoga and somatic techniques that help us understand how our body works and its relationship with the mind. For all levels, because we're not looking for virtuosity in complicated positions, but to refine our perception, communication and understanding of our ‘total self’. We'll use asanas and pranayama, as well as micromovements and meditation. Everyone is welcome! A perfect class if you're going through a period of stress or a lot of mental activity or worry, if you lead a very sedentary life, or simply if you want to relax and move your body. The purpose of those classes is education, not on the superficial level of mimicking form, but on a profoundly deep level of understanding the full use of the body as an integral whole to maximize full function of each individual's unique movement potential. The aim is toward maximum physicality in function and overall health as well as a state of relaxation and a stimulation of the body's energy centres and meridians that is revitalising and healing. The benefits of yoga also include gaining flexibility and working on breathing skills concentration, balance, endurance, muscular and vital strength, as well as strengthening the nervous system and immune system. The content and dynamics of the practices will be adapted to your experience, needs, age, and specific circumstances, seeking to gain the greatest possible benefit. Pilates Mat and Reformer classes in English or Spanish
I offer a dynamic workout that blends flow and choreographed exercises inspired by dance and Pilates. Each class provides the perfect balance of toning, lengthening, and strengthening. This unique training method helps develop long, lean muscles, balance, and body awareness, enhancing both your daily movements and overall well-being. At the same time, it shapes and defines your body while boosting your confidence and self-awareness.

Hannah
Open level Vinyasa yoga, friendly classes integrating breathwork and strengthening exercises
Hannah teaches open & friendly Vinyasa flow classes accompanied by mood boosting playlists, where we will interweave work on strength and stability. She uses the breath as a core element of the practice, helping students connect with themselves throughout. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, gain strength or feel more grounded in your everyday life, her classes will offer a space to take what you need on any given day. Hannah passionately believe that yoga is for everybody’s body and always give variations and modifications so the practice can be accessed by all. She also gives gentle offerings of assists, adjustments and breathing techniques that can be used on and off the mat. You'll be encouraged to meet yourself on the mat, practice with self acceptance, and leave feeling centered and content!

Weight loss program without suffering or torture through understanding food and positive habits in life
My name is Captain Hassan Moumna, known as Captain Garuda. I lost 71 kilos without a sleeve gastrectomy and achieved my first natural bodybuilding championship. I am a writer at Austin Macauley Publishing House. I present to you the Simahem program for weight loss and radically changing your life for the better, with the possibility of obtaining scholarships from America through our office in the Emirates. American athlete scholarships, where we help the student improve and develop his fitness and reduce his weight if he suffers from obesity. Then, after reaching the goal, we provide him with the registration service for American scholarships, as our program works on four services: a changeable training schedule, a changeable nutrition schedule for a full year, psychological support services, and a full year of free follow-up.
