My goal is to communicate the passion of drawing and creativity. First with an academic approach to drawing (proportions of the human body, perspective, understanding shadows). And secondly, a creative approach: composition, harmony of colors, letting go, the joy of a drawing taking shape.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Based on my professional experiences, I will help you put together a complete application file to enter a preparatory class or art school. From my background in the art world and the teachings I had the opportunity to provide in ST2A and DNMADE, I have knowledge of the field of contemporary art, design and artistic crafts. I will guide you in selecting the works to choose for the portfolio and its layout. I help write a cover letter to identify your strengths, highlight your qualities and ensure the consistency of your profile in line with the school and the requested option.

These sessions allow the development of skills and knowledge of the trade, with the game facing the camera, familiarization with the audiovisual environment and the camera tool, in the art of acting. I graduated with a First Class BA Honours in Fine Art from Southampton University. I run workshops for groups locally, and work with therapeutic art techniques. I'm well-versed in grant writing, having achieved 3 successful grants to date and my work is featured in a number of publications. I have been fortunate enough to have works in private collections. My hours are flexible, and the range of mediums I work in is too. I have experience teaching, and am bilingual in English and Greek.
