My name is Panagiotis and I am a guitar teacher/player. I have two bachelor degrees: Classical Guitar (Philippos Nakas Conservatory), Jazz&Pop Guitar (HKU Utrecht Conservatory). I have been teaching in music schools and giving individual lessons for the last 14 years. In 2017 I moved to Utrecht to continue my studies in jazz guitar at the Utrecht Conservatory and explore the Dutch music scene.I teach electric, acoustic, classical guitar and music theory. Besides the basic technique and theory knowledge, which Ι make sure to provide to each of my students , I individually prepare their study line, according to their taste and abilities. My goal is to help my students to find their own musicality and reveal their inner voice by giving them the most appropriate tools. Besides teaching I have two bands which I give lots of concerts with , at several venues and festivals.

The way I teach actually depends entirely on the student. The way I explain the concepts, plan and structure the lessons and approach each subject all depends on whether the student is a beginner, intermediate or advanced, and whether he or she has some experience on the subject. Each student has different needs and different abilities. It's just a matter of getting to know the student, in order to identify both the weaknesses and strengths on which to work.

My flute lessons are available in a flexible time frame from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a frequency of weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference. As a graduated flutist with a bachelor and master degree from the conservatory, where teaching was an important part of my education, I have experience with both group lessons and individual lessons. My method is focused on enthusiasm for music and flute playing, where I welcome every student, regardless of background, language or level. Everyone is welcome to start their musical journey with me!

As a working musician for many years I have experience in a lot of music genres and styles, so I think we can explore anything that you're interested in, in a very deep and detailed level!

Students will be playing music from the very first lesson, and acquiring foundational skills and theoretical knowledge through learning your favourite songs. Lessons are tailored to suit the tastes, aspirations and ability of the students. As an experienced performing musician with a PhD in music, I focus on ‘doing’ rather than ‘knowing’, whether that involves learning songs, developing improvisational techniques or songwriting. But most importantly, I make sure we play music together and have fun in the process.

The lessons are given according to the wishes and level of the student. Hi, I'm Emi, I'm a singer-sonwriter and I play in a band. I also give music lessons at primary schools. This as part of a broader program. I am a graduated philosopher. I give citizenship and creative development. I have been in music for over 20 years and have followed many, often shorter, courses. I also give private guitar lessons, mainly to children, but also to adults. Then songwriting is often added. I enjoy teaching and I enjoy it.

I currently study guitar at the Utrecht Conservatorium, specialised in electric guitar. 

I am competent to teach basic guitar skills to beginners. I have experience in both teaching kids and adults. I speak Russian and English languages fluently, can give basic instructions in Greek too. My lessons are adapted to the interests of the students and their necessities, using more didactic methodologies with the kids. I encourage healthy relationships with the instrument and music, I will help to establish efficient practice routine. With beginners we will start developing deeper understanding of music, sense of rhythm, fingers , we focus on acquiring the basic skills of accompaniment and playing lines. With intermediate players we will develop an individual program focusing on playing songs, improvising and getting familiar with music theory. The program contains

Hello! My name is Mick. I am an electronic musician, living in Rhenen, but active in Utrecht and Amsterdam. I have made music for various theater performances and my installations have also been shown in various places in the Netherlands. In this series of lessons we will cover various parts of electronic music, but the teaching material also depends very much on the interests and ambitions of the student. The lessons I teach are completely focused on the desire of the student. If a student is very interested in the technical aspects of sound design or programming, that will be the focus. If a student is interested in producing numbers in a program like Logic, then we will focus on this. The first lesson will therefore mainly be an introduction, in which I show and discuss different techniques with the student, after which I will compile the lesson program based on the ambition and interest. Everyone is welcome to try a lesson, young and old, whether you have experience or not.

I offer a holistic, well-rounded music education for all ages and abilities. The training I provide is tailored towards the students personal learning objectives and goals, some of these include solo performance, improvisation, playing in an ensemble and composition. My approach combines conventional and alternative teaching methods, such as reading music, playing by ear, solfeggio, the suzuki method and mindfulness. The three aspects I prioritize in my lessons are imagination, experimentation and creativity. My method focuses on understanding and expanding the students' musical capacities by means of an integrative approach that includes physical training, technique and comprehension.

Hello there! My name is Vasilis Papadopoulos and I am a jazz/rock/eastern traditional and classical guitar player, , singer and songwriter currently studying as a 3rd year student in the Jazz and Pop guitar department of HKU conservatory. I am coming from Greece where I graduated from my first bachelor on classical guitar and the last three years I live, study, work and play in Utrecht. My teaching career started very early, 12 years ago when my classical guitar teacher let me teach my first student and since then I have worked in multiple music schools and in private lessons with students of every age. This year I also started giving my first band coaching group lessons. In my lessons I try to create a learning path that is formed arround the interests and taste of each student. Since I am a singer and songwriter the lessons can also focus on the creating part of music if of course the student is interested in that. I work with empathy and sensitivity arround the needs of each student. As for my playing career, I play with multiple bands on original songs of mine or covers in different venues and festivals in Europe. The genres differ between pop, jazz, rock, eastern traditional and blues so I can give a big variety of stylistic directions to each student. Last but not least, I am also a singer and because of my good performance in school, I was awarded from the HKU Conservatory the oportunity to follow the vocal curriculum of the school as well. Hello everyone, I'm Enrico and I come from Italy. Right now I am in Utrecht where I am doing a master's degree in cello under the guidance of Timora Rosler. During my years of studies I always had the possibility to teach music, in fact while I was doing my Bachelor in Italy at the Conservatory of Turin, I taught cello and music theory in a private music school called "Isla de Musiqueros", in this school I had the opportunity to teach people of all ages, including children under 4 years old. When I moved to the Netherlands little by little I started to find students and many many concerts. I have been playing Classical Guitar for 14 years. I have always practiced the greatest repertoire from Ancient Music (Dowland, Sanz, Bach), Modern and Contemporary (Paganini, Tarrega, Villa-Lobos, Brouwer) while experimenting other genres (Blues, Rock, Ragtime, Progressive, Pop) and composing music myself. My goal is to valorise an activity that is both methodical and rigorous as well as creative and entertaining as Music itself.

I am Studying Master's in Jazz Performance in HKU Utrechts Conservatory and i would like to Offer lessons in Guitar, Music theory, Composition and Music Production. The class is open to all levels and is catered according to the needs and goals of the student.
