Have you wanted to learn to play the piano for some time or do you want to teach your child to play the piano? My name is Faye, and play the piano since the age of 6 years old. I am an incoming student at Codarts Conservatory and have a background in various music styles, improvisation, and composition. As a passionate and professional musician, I help you develop your innate talent for music-making and give you the space to develop your own musicality with heart and passion. Each lesson brings something new and will foster the development of your creativity and musical proficiency while having fun. Lessons are interactive, spontaneous, structured, and follow your natural curiosity and innate musical capabilities. My methods are tailored to the individual needs and goals of the students. I am particularly interested in the Kodaly and Faber methods of teaching music. Lessons are for children and adults of all ages. Piano lessons are both for the hobbyist and aspiring professional musician. Other areas of focus: Music theory, Music by ear, and Exam preparation The Hague and surrounding areas.

There are two grand pianos at the location in Den Haag. There will be enough distance between the student and the teacher. For children, it is important to develop basic musical skills through Singing, Rythmique, and Ear training besides piano playing. I use one technical exercise book, the main textbook, and a theory book. Through these 3 books, students learn different aspects of music and they naturally get ready for exams and grades. After acquiring basic skills, students study Harmony and Chord exercises too. These are useful for playing pops and jazz, and they obtain a deeper understanding of classical pieces too. Private Piano lesson, from age 4 and above. Children can start the lesson after being able to read the numbers from 1 to 5 and the alphabet from A to G. Advanced students who want to prepare for competitions, auditions, ABRSM, GCSE, IB exams, or the entrance exam of the conservatory. The concert is held annually together with students of flute, violin, and composition teachers. For the ages 1-7 years, I have group Rhythmique lessons.

I'm Oliwia, and I offer classical guitar lessons for children and adults at all levels of playing. I've been playing guitar for 15 years. I am a laureate of many national and international guitar competitions. In 2022, I obtained my soloist diploma from the 2nd Degree Music School in Poznań - Poland, called the School of Talents. Currently, I’m studying at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, where next to the classical guitar major, I attend minor in early music.

I am a 32-year old composer, electric guitarist and songwriter based in Den Haag, teaching composition, music theory, and score writing. I teach in English or in Greek. I am half Greek and half Scottish and I have been living in the Netherlands for the last 6 years. I offer lessons in all styles, to all age groups, and for any experience level (ranging from students who want to learn how to read and write music to create their first score, up to more experienced composers who are looking for fresh ideas and improving their skills to really make their music shine, or who are looking for help polishing their composition portfolio for entrance exams). Face to face lessons are preferable, but I also teach online. I am a patient and open minded teacher, and my desire is to help you learn what you want to learn, and make sure you enjoy and take pride in your music, explore a breadth of musical ideas that can inform your work, learn to express your musical ideas as best as possible and nurture your curiosity and excitement about the world of music creation ! My Credentials: I hold a Bachelors of Music degree from Birmingham Conservatoire (UK), and a Masters of Music from The Hague Royal Conservatory. My compositions have been performed in venues such as The Muziekgebouw (Amsterdam), TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht), Korzo Theatre (Den Haag), Casa de Musica (Porto), Onassis Stegi (Athens) and at music festivals including Music in PyeongChang (South Korea), Tectonics Athens (Greece), Gaudeamus Muziekweek (Netherlands). My experience as a performer range from classical guitar studies, to playing electric guitar in rock bands, as well as experience as an improviser, performer of notated contemporary classical compositions, creator and performer of ambient and electronic music. I also am very experienced in ambient and electronic-influenced guitar music, which has given me an in depth knowledge also of the guitar in combination with technology such as guitar effects, computer software and multichannel setups which expand the audio palette of the guitar. I have written songs, I have written orchestra pieces, I have worked as a DIY home producer, I have released albums, and I've performed in concert halls, rock venues, squats and festivals. I even some experience in beat-making. My music has been performed in and has taken me to several countries, including Portugal, The Czech Republic, The U.S.A., Canada, Korea, Greece, The U.K., The Netherlands. My Teaching style: My emphasis is to teach you based on your interests and your needs. The lessons are based around each individual student. You bring me the music you are creating and the skills you want to develop as a composer, and I build my lessons around that. My primary goal is help you develop your voice as a composer, so the starting point for our lessons will always be your music. My aim is always to help you find what the heart of your composition is about, and help you to bring this out and really make it shine. To help illustrate ideas about topics we discuss I will bring examples that can help inform the music you are creating, we will explore ideas of arrangement, orchestration, rehearsal leading and / or production to help flesh out your music, as well as music theory and using scores of other composers.

Didier is an experienced piano teacher who can help you sharpen your skills with keyboard instruments, not only in the practical and physical, but certainly also in theoretical and musical knowledge. Whether you play everything by ear or from sheet music. Whether you are a beginner or have been playing for more than 10 years. In addition, Didier specializes in ensemble singing, speech-level singing, and is a certified choir conductor. I am a French historical and modern horn player based in The Hague. I have played the Horn since I was 4 years old and I have two Master's degrees in modern horn and natural horn. I offer you lessons on modern and historical instruments, as well as music theory. I work with all ages, all levels, and all objectives, and I can even work with other brass. If you want to discover the instrument or perfect it, if you need theory support or practice help, I will adapt my methods to your needs to offer you quality musical time! I have taught children and adults since 2017, and I truly love leading people their way to enjoyable, musical, and informed brass playing. My lessons include warmups, technique, working on pieces of various repertoire, playing in duo with me, and more. About me: I am Nikos and I am a classical guitarist with 15 years of experience. I started playing classical guitar at the age of 10 and from the age of 14, with the supervision of my teacher, I have been helping and guiding younger guitar students, giving me a hands-on experience in teaching from an early age. In 2019, I obtained my soloist diploma from the Hellenic Conservatory of Music and Arts, giving me the right to teach and since then I have been teaching privately. Currently, I am studying with professor Pavel Steidl, at the Royal Conservatoire of the Hague and I have been attending a Music Pedagogy course, as well as courses in Early Music. Since 2014, I have been attending guitar festivals and academies, giving me the opportunity to learn from some of the most important classical guitarists of our era and also be awarded prizes in national and international competitions, such as the 1st prize in Palaio Faliro guitar festival in Athens in 2020 and the 3rd prize in the 1st International Nikita Koshkin competition in Russia in 2021. In 2024, I was honored to receive a scholarship given each year to two European guitarists, giving me the opportunity to attend the Volterra Project Summer Guitar Institute 2024 in Volterra, Italy. Music Theory: In 2020 and 2021, I graduated from the music theory departments of the Hellenic Conservatory with a degree in Music Harmony and a degree in Counterpoint.

As a dedicated harp instructor, my primary aim is to cultivate a passion for the harp in each of my students. I accomplish this through theoretical knowledge and hands-on experimentation, ensuring that learning the harp is engaging and enjoyable. My teaching approach is highly adaptable, and tailored to suit the individual needs and learning styles of my students. Drawing from my background in the Suzuki method, particularly effective with younger learners, I strive to make lessons enjoyable and memorable, thereby facilitating quicker and more effective learning.

This class is for aspiring pianists, beginners who are trying to take their first steps on the keyboard as well as those who have some experience and want to improve their skills. Hi my name is Daniils Cirics, I am Latvian born concert violinist which at this time 2 years based in The Netherlands. I am member of the Nationaal Muziekinstrumenten Fonds and member of the ‘’Stift International Festival” in the Het Stift directed by Daniel Rowland. I have good experience of the violin lessons giving from 2020. Got my primarily education with Nely Sarkisjan at Emils Darzins School of Music in Riga, then studied in Moscow at Gnessin School of Music with Alexey Lundin after graduating college in 2021 got the diploma as an Artist and children teacher. And then after got same teaching experience in Riga until 2022. Now I am studying at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with prof. Ilya Grubert and at Davidsbundler Academie with prof. Daniel Rowland. I am offering lessons for beginners, advanced musicians and amateurs with no age limit. My mission is to help people to begin love the music and avoid bad body positioning for prevention heath harm. I'm Danilo, an italian guitarist trained in Jazz music at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. After more than 13 years of experience on the guitar I can confidently say I can transmit all I learned on the instrument to students of all different ages and levels. I dedicated most of my time on the instrument in overcoming struggles and finding tactics to correct bad habits and learning effectively. Together we can explore secrets and tips for an healthy guitar practice routine, improve your technique and ear training abilities with direct and fun exercises. Wether you are a beginner or an intermediate/advanced guitarist, we can explore the instrument and all its possibilities. Practicing and playing with a teacher in a one on one situation was the most effective way I encountered to get better faster, so I advise it to all the guitar and music lovers out there.

Learn to play the electric bass or acoustic bass! If you are interested in what role the bass has on a band and what kind of possibilites exist then this class is for you. We look at a song of your choice and study useful elements from it so that you can apply these concepts in your playing. We look into improvisation, technique,, and more! I am also a composer so if you want to look into composition then this lesson is also for you. In the lesson we will look into different methods for writing songs and dive into your ideas to try to make them stronger or to express a specific emotion through various tools. About Me: I am a jazz musician based in Den Haag, I recently finished my masters degree in Conservatorium Maastricht focused mainly on performance, however I spent a lot of time of my studies developing my compositions.
