The content is on positive psychology topics, where tools for life are acquired through information and reflection exercises. Breathing techniques, mindfulness, gratitude, habits, resilience, flow state, resistance to change, and more are mentioned and used. Why use positive psychology content? According to several studies, including a study conducted by Cambridge in 2022, the best method to learn a language is through immersion (exposure and engagement). This means that when we learn topics or activities that interest us, the brain activates the prefrontal cortex, the striatum, the limbic system, and the hippocampus, which are the areas of long-term memory, motivation, concentration, reward, and emotional experience. These functions together create greater receptivity to new information. It is about talking about topics that motivate and interest us to enhance learning. They are also life tools that benefit us all. The more a person opens up to talking and reflecting on their personal experiences, whether positive or negative, the more they will be able to handle life's difficulties and improve their well-being.
