My journey led me to London, where I learned from the esteemed Rinat Ibragimov and Luis Cabrera. I then continued my studies at the renowned Moscow Conservatory under the guidance of the legendary Evgeny Kolosov (who was Rinat’s teacher) and Grigory Krotenko, who both instilled in me a deep understanding of the art. For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of working as the assistant principal in the Musicaeterna Orchestra under Teodor Currentzis in Saint Petersburg. Now, I have happily arrived in the Netherlands as a freelance musician, ready to inspire and nurture talent in others. If you find yourself facing any technical or musical challenges, I’m here to help! Together, we can: - Develop a relaxed right-hand technique that will empower you to produce a rich, resonant sound with ease, all while safeguarding against injury. - Hone your right-hand skills for impeccable intonation and effortless position changes. - Train your ear for perfect pitch and intonation. - Explore legato playing and various bow strokes for expressive performances. - Refine your musical phrasing to elevate your artistry. Whether you are preparing for auditions to enter a conservatory or an orchestra, or if you are a complete beginner eager to embark on this musical journey, I am here to support you every step of the way. I offer lessons in my cozy home studio or can travel to you within The Hague. I have learned a lot with Andrea! I have had classes with Andrea for about 5 months now, and I have the sense that I have learned a lot about the fundamentals of bass playing in a way that I really struggled with learning by myself. He is a very patient teacher when going through more difficult theories or movements, but I've walked away from every class knowing a bit more and feeling a bit more confident in my playing.

My 15 year old son has really enjoyed his lessons with Daniele. Too early to tell whether he’ll continue long term, but Daniele has put him at his ease, encouraged him and generally created everything possible for a non-threatening entry into the musical world. Fully recommend Daniele as a bass guitar teacher.
