Trusted teacher: A young and enthusiastic tutor who has more than 15 years of experience in musical performance, who is constantly developing her skills and learning new instruments (currently, violin and guitar :). I come from Ukraine and have a diploma from a completed 8-year piano, music theory and choir degree from Russian and Ukrainian musical academies. I am very proud of the educational background I have since my teachers had always been very strict yet fair with their ways of teaching, which gave me a strong base as a musician, and, later on, as a tutor. Moreover, I have studied psychology here in Spain for 3 years at a university, so I get on well with many different personalities and know how to approach stressful situations. I must mention that I am passionate about spending my time with kids and sharing the skills and experience I have with people. I speak Spanish, but offer classes in English, so my students can also practice their English while in the class. Of course, if the student prefers to keep it in Spanish, it is not a problem for me. I am happy to help beginners with meeting piano for the first time, as well as tutoring students with some experience to help them with practising at home, pointing out the most crucial areas of improvement in order to reach the best result possible. Regarding the working hours, they need to be confirmed before booking the lesson, since I may/may not be available sometimes. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any doubts or questions! I can show you how to have fun with the piano. If you're a beginner, I can take you right from step one and have you playing familiar songs by the 1st or 2nd lesson. If you already have some experience, I can add to it. My main goal is helping you achieving your goals and preparing the best lesson for you! I've been playing and studying piano since age 6 (over 25 years ago). I began with classical music, and later added Ragtime, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, and Chord theory. I teach for the Enjoyment of Music as well. I believe you can learn to play the piano at any age. My oldest student is over 75 years old and my youngest one has 3 years old. They made great progress, I am sure you could do the same. I've never met anyone who didn't have musical abilities! You can be a serious or a recreational player. The only requirement is the willingness to spend some time at the piano. I conduct my lessons using a combination of 4 cameras for optimum visibility, and a quality microphone which my students find very helpful. This allows them to see a very clear visual demonstration alongside my verbal explanation. I can confidently say that Online Lessons are the same as In-Person Lessons. CURRICULUM I do not believe one method works for all students. I have used many different lesson books and resources over the years. For beginners I like to use Alfred method books for basics concepts and for Classical and Jazz Piano technique I like to use ABRSM books (grade 1-8). If my student feels that they can learn better from another books, I am glad to adapt my teaching strategies to their needs. Along with the lesson books below, I use a lot of supplemental materials based on the students' interests. I also aim to teach their favorite songs as soon as possible. I like to clearly explain and demonstrate piano technique. In this way, the students are able to apply the information on similar passages from all genres of music. Francesco is a very skilled and cool teacher. He takes your from your current level and plans out a personalised program for you to improve. His way of using analogies to explain complex terms and make you understand difficult theoretical concepts in a much simpler way is truly impressive. After two months of lessons with Francesco i definitely feel my level of playing has improved a lot. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to take their playing to the next level.

I had never played the piano before and was looking for someone fun who has experience with different styles of music. David is exactly the teacher I was looking for. I have had around 6 lessons so far and can say that he is very patient and great at spreading a motivating and playful learning atmosphere. He will also work on the knowledge you need to talk about music and express it in a certain way. Highly recommended!
