My goal with this course is to offer you tools to improve in the areas you need: Spanish language and literature, ELE (Spanish as a Foreign Language), Linguistics, English, Basque, French, and Italian. I also have knowledge of general secondary school subjects, especially in the Humanities. Regardless of writing for film, TV, or theatre, the fundamentals are very similar, however, this course will focus specifically on writing for the screen. The course will take you through an understanding of what makes a compelling story, fully developed characters, writing dialogue, the basic three act structure, organizing your story thoughts, theme, tone, pace, outlining, learning screenwriting format, and most importantly finding your voice as a writer. The classes will be tailored to your specific needs, but is intended to build upon various concepts, culminating with a completed short screenplay.
