I teach electric guitar or folk (blues to metal through all genres) but also bass, dobro, banjo and ukulele. The real plus ? I like my job and I practice it full time ... Practicing the piano since the age of 4, I obtained in 2020 my DEM (Diploma of musical studies) from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Strasbourg (Alsace) (equivalent to the Swiss Certificate). I am now a bachelor's student in opera singing and piano at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne since September 2020. In parallel with my studies, I have always enjoyed sharing what I myself have the chance to continue to learn, so much so that I have been giving private piano lessons for 3 years. I believe that for the student to get the most out of his course, a great adaptability of the teacher is necessary. TRANSVERSE FLUTE: My lessons cover several aspects necessary for good playing of the transverse flute and free musical expression: healthy body posture, stable technique, attentive listening, musicality, personal development. It is from these notions that the quality of sound, digital and respiratory technique, intonation, expression, and many others arise. I also give importance to well-being, self-confidence, or other abilities that the student would like to acquire. SOLFÈGE: My courses cover several aspects necessary for the successful learning of music theory: strategies for recognizing intervals, chords and rhythms and their executions, singing, musical indications, exercises, attentive listening, musicality. These aspects are essential to instrumental practice, because they first allow you to correctly read a score, then analyze and interpret it.

This is the challenge I set myself by offering you these courses. Practicing classical guitar for 27 years, graduated from the National Conservatory of Limoges, I teach guitar (beginner to advanced levels). My method is distinguished by a perfect combination of high standards and attention paid to the pleasure of playing. Passionate about music theory (rhythms, musical notations and other aspects that seem tedious to many), I know how to transmit this taste for musical technique. The pleasure of play develops when you feel your progress, and these come with regular work. I therefore ask for attendance and regularity of at least 1 hour of practice per day.
