I am a professional dancer and teacher. My work ethics are very aligned with buddhism and want to help people to feel good in their own bodies, releasing trauma, blockages and tensions. This is an opportunity to also have a good time and be in touch with your emotions through movement. I use the body to understand ourselves and our deepest thought process by truly connecting with the present moment. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia.
