Lessons can be for your own pleasure or we can prepare you for the graded examinations or auditions. Hi, I'm Giacomo and I'm currently in my 4th year studying Electronic Music at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. In this class we will look at various production techniques specifically in Ableton Live and Logic Pro X, synthesis and mixing/mastering audio but tailoring these techniques to fit whatever projects and tracks you're working on.

Are you musical trained, confident enough with your instrument but finding frustrating coming up with your own compositions? Finding difficult to get idea for a new song, need suggestions for your lyrics, or just a simple understanding on a song structure? This class is based in songwriting and musical performance. I will provide any tips and suggestion to get a song done and don't get stuck between lyrics or chords. I'll be focussing in songwriting structure across different genre, pop, folk, blues, jazz. I will be also structuring the classes giving home exercise working on new sketches every week across those different genres, and diverse themes. Once the song will be completed I'll give any sort of advice on how to perform a song to an audience. How to structure a show and organise you band if you have one. During the lesson I'll be using piano as main instrument and singing. I am also confident in guitar if required. Songwriting and performance for me are quite related. At the same time I can also give advice and teach just one or the other if required. Please follow below more information about myself.

I'm a piano and music theory teacher with over thirty years experience, and a performing singer, pianist, and songwriter. My lessons are very much about what my pupils want to learn, so I'm making sure I pick the right music to make the lesson fun and rewarding. It can be Classical music, Pop, a bit of Jazz, Brazilian music, World music, or any other interesting musical language. I teach piano, theory and harmony, ear and rhythm training, general history of music, with a creative approach. My lessons can include songwriting, sing and play practice, listening/analysing practice. My aim is to provide each pupil with the specific tools they need to enjoy playing music. My background is classical piano, but as a professional musician I have approached music also from different angles. As a teacher I enjoy a creative and open approach, any interesting musical language is welcome in the lesson. I make sure I pick the right music to meet the pupil's interests and tastes, and I integrate classical music both as a precious technique tool, and as a great territory to explore.

Hello! My name is Orestis, I come from Cyprus and I am 27 years old. I am passionate about teaching, and one of the greatest joys of my professional career is watching my students flourish. I have been playing the piano for 20 years now and have over 7 years in teaching the piano. My goal is to make the piano lessons fun and enjoyable while also incorporating all the necessary elements, such as theory, music history and sight-reading, to create a well rounded musical education. These classes are designed to equip students of composition with the confidence they need to develop their own unique musical voice. Technical exercises are set to nurture a deeper understanding of instrumentation/texture, harmony, melody, rhythm and structure. The classes also encourage the student to consider the connection between musical and extra-musical ideas and to explore different approaches and starting points. Work is set and feedback is given on all work sent before the day of a lesson.

My name is Abraham, and I’m a third year jazz piano student at Codarts Rotterdam. I have been playing for 14 years, most of which were spent in classical music. I teach all levels and styles (classical, pop, jazz, etc.). It can be with or without theory, depending on what you prefer. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else.
