If you have been using a camera or mobile phone for a long time or you have just bought or been given a new one and you have never dared to shoot in manual mode or you want to learn more or try new things, these classes are ideal for you. Together we will go over all the technical and narrative points so that you can get the most out of your camera and be able to express and document everything that attracts you and makes you think or reflect. In a didactic and playful way you will have the necessary tools to start creating more visually attractive images as you always wanted to do. You will start to see at another level and life will start to seem like a constant movie where everything happens around you. Why can't I create blur? How do I change the color of my photo? Why is my image grainy? How do I avoid a blurry image? But my photo didn't turn out well at all! We will solve these and many more questions together by learning basic and advanced techniques using fun exercises. My name is Virág, and I am a Visual Development Artist and Character Designer. I have honed my skills as a 2D illustrator and visual developer, working as both a character and background designer in the Netherlands. There, I contributed to a variety of projects, including music videos, informative animations, promotional videos, and posters. Notably, I worked on animated music videos for Spinning Records and Steve Aoki's '6OKI' animated music video series. While my primary focus is on the cartoon style, I have experience in a diverse range of styles, including corporate, whiteboard animation, realistic, and children's illustration. My journey in drawing began in my childhood, with experiences at places like 'Corvin Drawing & Design School' and 'Secondary School of Visual Arts, Budapest'. In 2019, I completed the Concept Art course at 'Mesharray, Budapest', which set me on the path to my current career. I’m excited to share my expertise on character design for animated clips, highlighting key aspects to consider during the design process, the various styles available, and how it all comes together on screen.
