Graduated from a Masters in Comparative Literature and a Masters in Literary Translation, currently a freelance translator, I offer tutoring courses for middle and high school students in French. I have already accompanied several students in their preparation for the French bac, who have all made good progress. With my students, I insist on acquiring a good methodology to succeed, and put special emphasis on self-confidence: text commentary and essay should not be scary exercises! I have traveled around the globe which has led me to speak several languages and also to work in particular in England, Australia, Spain or the Dominican Republic. Basically I start the lessons by talking with my students about a bit of everything (in order to enrich the vocabulary). Depending on the level I adapt with files that are sent during the course. I also use the Callan method which works on repetition in order to properly assimilate useful words and phrases.
