Isaure
Certified seamstress and costume designer, I offer sewing and pattern making classes!
I learned sewing and pattern making from my grandmother, like many of us! Passionate about history, she passed on to me her love of savoir-faire, craftsmanship and historical costumes. In 2021, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design. I then specialised in costume and audiovisual productions by taking part in several short films. A year ago, I obtained my Master's degree in stage costume design and production. I was lucky enough to do several internships in Parisian fashion houses, especially in the tailoring workshops.
My strong point is sharing my passion for the craft. :) Don't hesitate to contact me for more information or to request a course!
PS: At first I can provide some of the sewing material.
I am happy to share my skills and offer sewing and pattern making courses as well as styling. If you want to learn the basics, improve your technique, learn how to alter or upcycle your clothing or home linens, or give free rein to your imagination and creativity, I am here to help.
I offer several types of courses depending on the level:
1) Introductory classes on the basics of sewing, materials, and making a small project.
2) Carrying out a creative project of the student's choice, which will have been previously discussed so that the student can prepare it as best as possible.
3) Carrying out a creative project prepared by me to awaken the student's creativity and curiosity.

Course to realize your professional project
- You are employed and you would like to take the step towards an entrepreneurial activity because you have an idea, a professional project that you would like to realize and put on the market,
- you have already launched your business and you would like to have an outside perspective and take the time to take stock.
Most of the stages are done with official authorities, some with an accountant, several stages are done alone and there are stages where the entrepreneur feels the desire or the need to share, to take stock, to ask the right questions, to discuss with a person completely outside the project. These are the phases where the entrepreneur calls on the coach.
Specializing in supporting people who are launching into entrepreneurship, during the courses the following elements can be addressed depending on demand and need, because each request is unique and therefore personalized:
has. define the key stages of the project with retro planning,
b. (re)visit the project’s blocking points and stimulation points,
vs. know your success and failure strategies,
d. allow yourself time to reflect and step back to ask yourself the right questions,
e. implement appropriate actions,
f. develop your relational network,
g. choose allies and influence strategies,
h. ensure the maintenance of the vision and competitive advantage of your business,
i. find your own balance between private and professional obligations
Here is an illustration of entrepreneurship support:
The context explained by the client
I needed coaching support at a time when my company's business was growing exponentially. This situation took the company to another scale with the opening of 2 new stores in 6 months, renovation work and an explosion in the number of employees, from 1 to 12.
The customer's request
Manage the exponential development of the activity.
The approach to this support in the words of the client
The first objective was to channel efforts and establish priorities: to be able to distribute tasks according to their degree of priority and urgency. Then, it was necessary to do in-depth work on the schedule to manage tasks as well as unforeseen events. We finally got down to scheduling to cope with the scale of administrative work. We also discussed leadership in depth.
I needed to think about how to lead firmly while remaining polite, empathetic, and motivating for teams. It was key for me to communicate taking into account the personalities, profiles and operating methods of everyone in the team. Finally, we worked on the theme of balance between professional and personal life. How to stay focused on the professional goal while taking into account personal and family life? How can I coordinate these two aspects of my life as fairly as possible? I had the feeling of being everywhere and nowhere at the same time, which created enormous dissatisfaction for me at the time. During the coaching sessions, we simulated concrete situations and role plays to cover all possible situations in relation to the reality of the moment. It was a lot of preparation work so as not to be caught off guard once on the ground.
The results obtained expressed by the client 6 months after the coaching support
As my coaching journey progressed, I implemented what we talked about during the sessions. I was thus able to achieve my goals and concretely witness my progress as a leader. I also observed how I gradually developed my abilities to manage a much larger volume of business. This support has largely contributed to my success.

Entrepreneur Coaching: launch or develop your business without sacrificing your values, your health and your relationships
My methodology adapts to your objectives (retraining, launching a business, publishing a book, launching a creative project)
I do not apply a “method” or a ready-made recipe.
I have a humanist and holistic approach to the individual.
I mix different ones:
- disciplines: psychology, mindfulness, philosophy, neuroscience
- expertise: marketing, entrepreneurship, organization
Here is my philosophy and my guiding principle:
1. Framing: I collect your expectations, desires and objectives
2. Challenge: I question your psychological brakes and your organization
3. Brain: I provide you with “mental models” to make better decisions and go beyond your boundaries
4. Courage: I help you put in place an action plan adapted to your personality and your lifestyle. With me, there is no need to get up at 5 a.m. (unless that suits you)
Does my approach speak to you?
Let's talk about it !
