During the class we work on being fully aware of our body and concentrating on movements and postures (asanas) Using the breath as an anchor in the present moment, we will perform different asanas that improve our body postures, and in the long term improve the quality of life. The class ends with a guided relaxation, in which our body relaxes completely.

The guidance is provided by a Master who has walked the route to the Self himself. He knows the route. He has become the Self.
The sessions are based on Eastern views, translated into contemporary language. He provides the participants with useful insights and tools, which are necessary as a means to go through this special inner path to the Self.
The Self is the source of ultimate relaxation, joy and happiness. Everyone carries the Self with them, but they are not aware of it. The awareness and becoming of the Self is our common pursuit.
Success depends on many personal factors of the participant.
