I am a pianist and lyrical soprano. I have a pedagogical Master Degree in Singing and now I am studying Master Performance at the ZHdK, Zürich. I offer vocal technique and repertoire lessons for any style of music. Regardless of the style, singing is about correct breathing, a relaxed body and lots of expression! I have experience in other fields, such as jazz and musical, and I have already been teaching for a couple of years. Teenagers and adults are wellcome. Don't hesitate asking! :) María

I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

Beatboxing is a relatively unknown discipline, even though it allows for an absolutely incredible musical variety: percussion, whistles, bass, special sounds straight out of an alien movie... our body is an instrument in itself, and learning beatbox is accessible to everyone! (Take a look at some beatboxer videos online, you'll be amazed!) I'll take you step by step, starting with easy and useful sounds, gradually moving towards impressive, fun sounds, or those of your choice. In addition, I practice with you and complete your knowledge of music theory and particularly rhythm when necessary. The guitar has been present in jazz since its beginnings as a supporting instrument, but over time it has taken on a more prominent role. Charlie Christian, Wes Montgomery, John Scofield, and others have been the spokespersons for this style through this instrument. In this course, you'll first learn to listen carefully to how the jazz language develops on the guitar, and then build a repertoire and vocabulary through tools you can use every day as a general musician.
