As a qualified and experienced yoga facilitator, I may incorporate breathing exercises and yoga techniques into sessions where needed. These can be particularly helpful in releasing tension, improving mindset, and opening up the voice, allowing students to sing with greater ease and confidence. I have further refined my skills at prestigious institutions, including the Vienna Opera Academy in Austria, the Georg Solti Accademia in Castiglione Della Pescaia, Italy, where I was mentored by legendary mezzo-soprano Grace Bumbry and celebrated soprano Barbara Frittoli.
