About Me
Professeure Membre de l'ABEPY (Association Belge des Enseignants et des Pratiquants de Yoga)Je suis passionnée de yoga depuis de nombreuses années. Je continue à me former et je propose des cours aux adultes en séance collective ou individuelle afin de partager ma passion.
Depuis 15 ans, j'enseigne dans une école à pédagogie Freinet, où le respect du rythme de chacun occupe une place principale. Je propose des techniques de yoga en classe qui aident les enfants à mieux se concentrer et être attentifs. Ces moments de yoga leur permettent également de prendre conscience de leur corps et de ce qui se passe au niveau du mental.
Pour nous les adultes, le yoga est un chemin qui nous permet d'unifier notre corps et notre mental. Les postures et le travail respiratoire nous permettent de trouver une nouvelle énergie.

Un cours de Hatha Yoga ou un Yoga Nidra permettent de prendre du temps pour soi, de relâcher le stress de la vie quotidienne, d'écouter son corps et de respecter ses propres limites. Je vous propose un cours où le yoga est adapté à la personne.
Le cours de Hatha Yoga se compose de différents moments: échauffement, postures, respiration et relaxation.
Les postures permettent de travailler l'étirement et le renforcement des muscles. Le contrôle de la respiration est proposé pendant les postures et lors des techniques que vous apprenez progressivement.
Le Yoga Nidra est un moment d'eveil de la conscience où vous êtes installé.e.s en posture de Savasana (posture allongée) et vous êtes guidé.e.s par ma voix. Le Yoga Nidra comprend différentes étapes, préparation physique douce, relâchement du corps, prise de conscience de la respiration, rotation de conscience, concentration et méditation, retour.
