Cello and/or Music theory lesson for children, adolescent and adult of any level, from beginner to advanced level. The lesson will be in English or in French. The most important things to me is to combined pleasure, hard working and sharing. I will try to understand what my student is looking for during the lessons and find the best méthodologie to achieve his wish while improving the playing. The class is offered to children and adults, who would like to discover the music world and broaden their understanding of this form of art. For children, it will be a nice, light, and creative journey since I spend quite a lot of time with kids of different ages. For adults, I could suggest either a fun way of learning or a deep and thoughtful approach to piano playing. I am flexible and open to the conversation! This also applies to the schedule, location, time, and the repertoire you/your child would like to play. I offer tools for my students to develop a strong rhythmic sense, good listening skills and knowledge of basic score reading. I enjoy developing a student/teacher relationship where students can feel comfortable playing the instrument and have joy in the process. In each individual situation, I shape my teaching to best serve the needs of the pupil, will that be following a method and going every step by the book, or take a favorite song into consideration and from there build up a workable strategy. Everything is flexible in the end, the most important is to learn while enjoying music!

Dear violin lovers! I'm a violin teacher for 10 years now, I have been teaching in Portugal and the Netherlands. My lessons can be given in English, Portuguese, French or Spanish. Playing the violin is my passion, especially when I can pass on my knowledge and love for music to my students of all ages and levels. I work as a team with you, finding the right method that fit your needs. What is important for me is to work on a good connection with the instrument and find the right basis for the start of your violin playing. In my violin lessons, I would like also to share with you my musical knowledge, show you recordings of great violin players, prepare with you pieces that you always wanted to play and give you the tools so you can achieve your goals in music. I like to share the general knowledge of violin playing as well as basic and intermediate music theory lessons so you can enter in the world of music, but especially to have fun!! Interested in kickstarting your child's piano career? I have had extensive experience with teaching children piano, from the very basics to piano classics to even introducing music theory. I have been playing the piano for over 10 years, and would give your children a head start on their music careers!

I learned a lot in helping. One of these things is that children learn faster through play and/or music. As a result, I have put together a special program to give children a good start in their language skills, or to help them improve them. Before the lesson starts, we will see how far developed the child is. When I have established that, we will first spend half an hour talking words based on pictures. The last hour is music central. We will choose a song together (children's songs) and learn it together. The more progress, the more difficult (language area) the songs will become.

SING WITH MARIO! The 45-minute vocal performance class (held in a studio room) entails a multidimensional approach that focuses on vocal technique, performative mindset and artistic skills for singers, also offering numerous opportunities for vocal competitions around the world (through the World Association of Performing Arts, WAPA). In addition to Mario's 17 years of experience on stage and on camera, he has professional experience as a vocal coach. A lesson with Mario begins with vocal warm-up exercises (10 minutes); then, all vocal/performative/artistic skills are being taught through singing a song of the child/teenager's choice (30 minutes). The class ends with evaluation, advice and suggestion of exercises (5 minutes) so that the student can practice at home until the next class. If you are a parent and would like to introduce your child to the art of music, Mario will create a fun learning environment and make the classes interesting, dynamic and entertaining. Water, tea, candies, or any other drink/snacks that your child would like will be provided for inspiration!
