From my studio at the Berlagebrug, I give Piano lessons to beginners and (semi) advanced students. The lessons take place on a Yamaha wing and when a piece is well under control, we can make a professional recording of it. I graduated in 1992 as a musician from the Hilversum Conservatory (nowadays Conservatory of Amsterdam) in the direction of light music, or jazz and pop. So with me, you learn not only to read notes but also chord schemes and - if you want - improvisation. Or we search together for a song that you would like to play and make a nice adaptation of it. Together we first look at exactly what you want to learn and align the curriculum. I can also help you learn how to compose and produce. I work with Pro Tools and Logic Pro X. For classical Piano lessons, I would rather refer you to someone else.

Clarinet is a beautiful, lyrical instrument suitable for almost all genres of music. During this class we will learn about scales, technique, pieces of your liking, play duets, and practice music theory. I also focus a lot on body relaxation and air flow.

Cello classes are taught at all levels. It doesn't matter if you're a professional musician or not, it's about learning how the cello works and trying to improve while practicing. The main goal is to enjoy through the music. I give lessons at home but I might go to a preferred place if it's not too far.

I am studying Bachelor Pop Guitar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I can help you in different matters, such as performance, ear training or music theory. All the aspects will be link together in order to learn effectively! In my guitar lessons, we will develop your skills in the instrument to get a better and more personal tone, and feel more confident when improvising or playing in different styles. We will get there by learning songs, scales, chords, different techniques and putting all of them together. Hello! I'm Nina, a drummer from Amsterdam. I am currently studying pop/rock drums at the Herman Brood Academy in Utrecht. I play in 2 bands. I also play in many different session projects (from pop to rock). I work a lot with hybrid drums (triggers and SPD) and also teach them with Ableton. The studio is located in the Q-Factory in Amsterdam with two professional drum kits and sound system. In addition, I can occasionally offer a lesson in Utrecht! If all this is too far or for some other reason not reachable, lessons at home and / or online are also possible! We can work on, among other things: - Hand technique (how do I hold my sticks? Or which stick technique do I use for different music styles?) Creativity (how can I ultimately make cool parts on the drums myself? Or different parts than what you initially came up with?) - Improvisation (lots of playing and trying!) - Timing (playing along with songs, with click tracks, how can I become more playful with the click?) - Relaxed posture - Drum notation (learning to read drum notes) - New fills, grooves and beats - Sound (how do I tune my drums? which drum sound do I want for different types of music?) - Hybrid drums (working with samples on the SPD and/or triggers) in combination with Ableton And of course we will play along to your favorite songs a lot! Hi there! I am Tryfon, a musician from Greece. I have been playing drums professionally for nine years performing with great musicians and friends mostly in Greece and the Netherlands. The last three years I have worked as a drum teacher in private lessons. I have studied Classical Percussion in the Conservatorium of Thessaloniki for three years (2017-2019), and Jazz Drumming in the Conservatorium van Amsterdam (2020-2024). The lessons are designed for all skill levels and cover any genre of music you want to learn.
