Hello, I can help your child with their primary and secondary math homework. My approach is focused on developing each child's natural intelligence. I help them improve their grades and adapt to the demands of school, while giving them a taste for learning and confidence in their abilities.

Graduated in Chemistry at the Free University of Brussels, I offer teaching accessible to all and help in preparing questions or exams. (or simple upgrade) Sciences are often hard to assimilate because of their sometimes abstract nature or because of the enormous amount of information to remember. My goal is to help the student progress at their own pace through a real understanding of the material. What's the point of remembering if you don't understand. I check whether the material has been assimilated from one lesson to the next and I can provide additional exercises if necessary.

University professor for 18 years and doctor of applied sciences, I also give private lessons to higher education students and secondary school students. I adapt to the request and level of each student. I can follow the school/university program or push beyond. I favor classical education: 1) understanding of the subject and its importance in the field of study or in everyday life 2) illustration by examples 3) exercises allowing to assimilate well and finally to master the subject I attach great importance to understanding and logical reasoning. I progress with the student by also having him work outside contact hours if he wishes.

I have over 7 years teaching experience in tutoring grade 7-12 and also first year(100-level) science and engineering students. I have mastered my communication method to teach even the slowest learner from knowing nothing to really understanding mathematics and physics. I teach from basic algebra, geometry to advanced topics like differentiation and integration and also forces, waves and electromagnetism in physics and more etc.

Mathematics is a very broad concept and it is important not to overlook a concept because this could directly impact the years to come. Having obtained 16 in the French baccalaureate in Mathematics, I offer to support anyone with the request (small or large). My goal will always be to work on the basis and then move forward and understand the whole thing with the person. By having the material in advance, I will always prepare the course as well as possible.

I completed my entire secondary education in Dutch and completed my university studies in Dutch at VUB. I am able to provide valuable help to your children with their Dutch homework. In addition, I am also able to provide in-depth lessons to both secondary school students and young adults.

My Name is Maya. I’m 28 years old. I am recently graduated with a Masters degree in Human Ressources at ULB. I’ve completed my bachelor in Business Management in Beirut-Lebanon. My first language is Lebanese Arabic so I’m willing with pleasure to teach my native language. And because of my pregnancy I decided to stay home and teaching which is easier for me meanwhile. I’ve accomplished the B2 level of English with an certificate (IELTS). So I can teach in French, English and Arabic.

Having chosen the options 4 hours of eco, 4 hours of Dutch, 6 hours of math in secondary school and having always been passionate about helping others, I offer my help to students in need. I am also committed to finding methods adapted to each student. I have mastered Dutch since secondary school but have perfected my knowledge of it thanks to a bilingual baccalaureate in political science at the ULB in French and Dutch. Then I studied my master's degree in Leiden in order to be immersed in a Dutch-speaking environment.
