About me:
I am experienced violinist and violist, graduated Master’s degree with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I had the honor and privilege of being in the class of Prof. Philippe Graffin, Prof. Marc Kowalski and Prof. Tony Nys.
Chamber music is my passion that is why I regularly perform in various international ensembles in Belgium and abroad.
I am also enthusiastic orchestral musician cooperating with leading orchestras in Belgium and The Netherlands.

Violinist graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I have several years of educational experiences. I propose adapted courses for all levels. I taught at the conservatory, and in music school.
The courses are divided into several parts. The first is learning the basics (for beginners), the technique of the violin, then the consolidation of the notions of solfège and finally the discovery of pieces. I work in a fun, but demanding way while listening to students. My methods vary according to the needs of the students.
I have been teaching for 10 years. I have helped many students get started, and they are now able to enjoy playing all types of repertoire. I also guide more advanced students in their artistic development. My teaching allows students to become independent while developing their musicality.

I am a graduate violinist from the royal conservatory of Brussels with several years of teaching experience. I offer violin lessons for all levels and which are suitable for all that cater to the needs of each student. Lessons contain several elements. The first one will focus on the basics (for beginners) of violin technic (skills, bowing exercises, tuning...), some point about notation and musical culture and finally discovering new pieces and learning difference approaches to violin playing (different style). I like to work in relaxed but demanding way, always attentive to the student's needs. I adapt my methods to each and every person.

As an experienced music teacher, I offer recorder and music theory lessons for children and adults of all ages and skill levels!

Originally from Brazil, I have been teaching music for several years. A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I have extensive experience as a music teacher, having given private lessons and taught in music academies in Belgium and elsewhere. I develop a unique method for each student so that they can learn in a solid and enjoyable way.

The recorder is an easy instrument to learn, making it a great opportunity for children to begin their musical journey. It provides an initial introduction to musical notation and helps develop their ear. I offer students a fun and dynamic learning experience, where music is made from the very first lesson.

For adults... If you're a beginner, don't worry!
I will teach you how to produce the first sounds on your new instrument, how to blow correctly, how to adopt a good posture, etc. I will help you build, step by step, a solid basic technique that will allow you to play any piece on the flute.

If you are an advanced student or already possess a solid foundation in your instrument, I propose working on refining your technique, taking into account each repertoire. We will explore creativity and sound to produce an increasingly beautiful and eloquent musical expression.

Lessons can take place at the student's home or the teacher's home in Forest. Travel expenses are negotiable depending on the distance.

I am a professional clarinetist graduated with distinction at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels (Master Degree in Clarinet) and holding a Bachelor Diploma from the Music Conservatory of Valencia (Spain). Currently I am studying for a Master's Degree in Bass Clarinet, so we can combine both instruments in my lessons.

I teach students of all ages and levels. In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

On top of playing, I can also offer lessons on harmony, form analysis and counterpoint that focus on understanding the structure of music. My lessons will already include many different aspects of the music being taught but there is the option of focusing the theoretical or the practical.

After studying at the A. Steffani Conservatory of Castelfranco Veneto in Italy where he obtained the highest distinction, Gabriele then completed his Master's degree in violin with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Mons with M° Eliot Lawson and Wibert Aerts. During his training, Gabriele also studied with Ilya Grubert at the Fondazione Musicale Santa Cecilia in Italy, Elina Vahala at the Hochschule Fur Musik Karlsruhe and took masterclasses with Ivry Gitlis, Stefano Pagliani, Elisabeth Perry, Igor Volochine, Vineta Sareika, Kati Sebestyén and Chouchane Sironossian. He is currently studying at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with M° Shirly Laub and M° Frédéric d'Ursel in a specialized master's degree and Agrégation at the Royal Conservatory of Mons.

In 2018, Gabriele won the audition for the Jeugd Antwerp Simphony Orchestra (ASO) and for the Nationaal Jeugd Orkest (NJO); in 2019 he won the audition for European Union Youth Orchestra (Euyo) and Orchestra del Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza (OTO) and is also selected in 2020 for the Young Belgian Strings as well as the Antwerp Philarmonic Orchestra. He has collaborated with several orchestras in Italy and Belgium, including the Boho Strings Orchestra in Antwerp, the Ataneres Ensemble in Louvain, the Chapelle Musicale de Tournai in Tournai, the Assai Symphonia in Hasselt, the Orchestra of Archi Italiani and the Orchestra del Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, Italy.

Very involved in the chamber music repertoire, Gabriele founded in 2018 with the pianist Julien Lejeune the Duo Aréthuse, in which they explore the romantic French and contemporary Italian repertoire, in search of an interpretation marked by accuracy, simplicity and of modernity. They are at the initiative of the creation in 2019 of the Hellens Ensemble, consisting of a string quartet, a piano and a lyrical singer, an ensemble with which they are interested in Belgian music and more particularly to the repertoire with voice.

Gabriele also studied at the University of Padua at the Faculty of History and Musicology.

This class is aimed for children between the ages of 8-13 who would like to begin developing their vocal technique and find their own unique voice early whilst working in a group scenario. My Group Singing workshop is a mixture of improvisation and technique. Add to that the fun singing with other like-children and you’re looking at a contender for the highlight of your week!

This class is designed to build confidence and promote individual personal and social development and is taught in a fun yet disciplined way. With a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per class each student will have the opportunity to perform a solo song and also a group song each week with individual feed back and technique advice each week.

In my classes I aim to transmit first of all my passion and love for music.
I like to prepare a personalized programme adapted to the level and exigencies of each pupil.
I also aim to include some violin duos, to be played with me during the lessons, as I believe playing with other musicians is one of the best ways to enjoy music and learn useful musical and technical skills at the same time.
Another essential factor in my classes is correct and natural posture while playing, to let music heal our souls instead of hurting our bodies! ;) I have been practicing Yoga for a few years, and have experienced the importance of good posture and targeted light stretching, especially for younger players in a phase of growth and change.
I like to help pupils to develop good technical skills in a fun way, always applying technique to targeted repertoire and keeping in mind that technique is nothing but a means of expressing ourselves through music.

Je suis une jeune pianiste diplômée, actuellement étudiante au Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.
J'attache une forte importance à l'enseignement depuis le plus jeune âge, ayant été guidée par un père professeur de piano. J'ai commencé à exercer ce métier dès l'âge de 16ans, en ayant de nombreux élèves particuliers réguliers ainsi qu'en ayant travaillé dans plusieurs écoles de musique.
Le rapport professeur-élèves-parents est très important pour moi, afin d'avoir un bon suivi de l'élève. Ma méthode est simple; que l'élève se sente en confiance et puisse s'exprimer librement à travers son instrument.
Ayant eu un père professeur de piano, j'ai toujours été baignée dans cet univers. Partager mes connaissances, rencontrer de nouveaux talents, de nouveaux profils, aider l'élève et communiquer a toujours été très important pour ma part. Le rapport professeur-élève est très important pour que ce dernier puisse s'épanouir pleinement.

During my four years of teaching experience, I've discovered that learning music is supposed to be fun. The clarinet is the perfect instrument to discover it that way! I teach beginner lessons in French, English, or Polish. I approach each student individually and focus on good basic technique and developing the student's creativity and musicality. As a violinist in higher education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I intend to pursue a professional career as a violinist, as well as as a teacher.

Adoring to share my passion for music, I have been teaching the violin to different children, teenagers and adults for 3 years now.
I am particularly interested in teaching different profiles of young artists, in order to help them develop their knowledge and skills.

Whatever the level of the student, I always adapt as much as possible to their level and pace. Always wanting to keep the pleasure of playing, I take the time to discuss with the student their projects, musical desires, motivations...
The notion of sharing and communication is very important to me: music is above all a pleasure and a sharing between us. Remaining attentive to my student, it is essential for me to teach and to make him progress with things that he likes and that makes him want to share in music.

Having a classical training since the age of 6, I also have expertise in world music (especially South American), as well as in jazz and contemporary music.
