Hello, I am Hyunshin, a Pianist from South Korea. I majored in Piano Performance and completed my Bachelor's degree in Korea and a Master's degree in Germany. And I completed my Postgraduate at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels. (More of my career can be found below.) — Those who are learning the piano for the first time, those who are children/teenagers and also adults/seniors, those who want to learn piano as a hobby. Or, those who want to major in piano or are preparing for the entrance exam, please feel free to contact me. Of course, I am also accepting inquiries for playing and accompaniment. Composer and tenor with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in composition from the University of London. I teach composition/music theory, piano and singing. I rely on classical methods (bass continuo/partimento) in combination with current methods to develop knowledge of harmony, counterpoint and form in a practical way through improvisation on the keyboard.

A graduate of the Prague Conservatory (Czech Republic), of Masaryk University and now a student of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels, offers piano lessons in French, English, Russian, German, Czech, Dutch and Polish. I have a lot of experience (since 2014) with teaching children from 4 years old and adults - private lessons, lessons at international music schools, preparation for international exams (piano and music theory), preparation for concerts, all levels. I participated in several piano competitions. Classes can have a set schedule or we can set the time each week. The duration of a course and the frequency depends only on you.

The primary goal of this course is to make you enjoy playing in your spare time without having to practice too much. - a professional course: in this course I will help you reach the level of a professional musician. I will give you an insight of how to prepare a piece or pieces for a competition or an audition. I will also teach a lot of theory and solfege so that you can prepare for a conservatory or a school of music.

I am currently an economics student at ULB, I am 24 years old and I am looking for part-time work. I had 8 hours of math per week in secondary school. Having already given tutoring lessons, I know how to adapt to the student's pace and I am easy to communicate with. I mainly target primary and secondary students up to 3rd grade. My goal is to bring the student up to speed to start the year on a good basis! Regarding the piano, I started playing at the age of 6 before attending a music academy for 10 years from which I graduated. The piano is for me a passion that I would like to pass on. The student can suggest composers and tell me their preferences. Having quite a few scores at home, I can also bring some depending on the level of the student.

I am a pianist (Jazz) studying at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and I am 22 years old. I taught piano to several people of different categories and I also accompanied jazz singers who wanted to deepen their knowledge in Harmony. This course is intended for anyone from the age of 7 years. My method is simply to share my passion for music and all my knowledge. I often leave the choice to the student if he wants to have piano lessons for his own pleasure or if he opts for an accelerated pace of work. I adapt my method according to the situation to ensure a good atmosphere and avoid any kind of stress. I can move in case the student has a piano at home.

I am currently a student in the second year of a piano bachelor's degree at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Before my integration into the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I studied at the Departmental Conservatory of Roubaix, where I obtained a DNOP (National Diploma of Professional Orientation) in piano. This diploma gave me a lot of knowledge, theoretical (third cycle of musical training, writing, analysis) and practical (vocal and instrumental accompaniment). The courses I offer are aimed at all levels and ages, as well as students enrolled in music school / conservatory or not. My method of teaching is based on many years of my own experience, but I adjust it individually to every student.

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.
