Photography allows us to look at the world differently and to express ourselves without using our most common means of communication: words. My teaching method is simple: first, we identify together what you are looking for. Are you new to photography? And I can also push you to your limits with more intense methods, such as the challenge of 500 photos per week, which will allow you to learn very quickly.

As a professional photographer who loves teaching, I make learning photography easy and fun for beginners. I focus on the basics like how to use your camera and understand important terms. In my classes, you'll get hands-on experience taking pictures and learn cool tricks with different lights and compositions. I believe practice makes perfect, so we'll do lots of fun activities. I am a Slovak professional freelance photographer and videographer based in Brussels. I specialize in event photography and in capturing human motion with more than 8 years of a professional career. In the beginning, I was a self-educated photographer, but in 2016 I graduated and got a BA degree in Photography from a University in the UK. I teach a hands-on class. We go through theory and directly apply it in practice. I live close to a large park, where we can find all kinds of subjects. From landscapes, portraits, abstracts, animals, night... My aim is to provide a good knowledge for photographers from pre-productions all the way through production and offer some post-production techniques/tips as well. There is a lot to learn! I believe in a constant education myself since the technology keeps on evolving. I use Nikon DLSR and SLR cameras but the same principals apply to any kind of DSLR, SLR, mirrorless cameras.

The camera has long since become my best ally when I go out into nature, and I no longer contemplate going without it. Capturing details, the light of the sunset, the inhabitants of the forest, or the immensity of the night sky is my way of being present and connecting with the environment that surrounds me. After working as a Northern Lights guide and photographer, I have noticed that quite a few people come with their cameras hoping to capture an aurora borealis, but without any prior experience in night photography. This art requires patience, technique and practice, especially when it comes to the Northern Lights where the light is constantly changing. It is because of this experience that I decided to open this service.
