The student will learn what is required of him in his curriculum and enjoy learning this great science in addition to developing his skills in studying it through a simplified explanation and illustrative means and solving the school assignments required of him with it.

I have experience in teaching in secondary education (ASO/TSO) and higher education and have been providing tutoring for more than 10 years. Biology is particularly a challenging subject because it requires you to first understand the enormous number of concepts and then memories it simultaneously. I'll teach biology through the slides I have prepared (ig/GCSE only) which are made from multiple resource, such as marking scheme, the book and examiner reports, this is beneficial as while I teach the concept it will come to the student the exact way the examiner wants the student to answer, and ofcource while learning the slides he will be Able to directly do the past papers as the notes are mastercopy of the source itself. Moreover, I'll make sure that each topic is fully understood by the student so there will be no room for error.

Biology is all around us. The cell, the smallest living unit, contains an incredible machinery. I help students to understand it through educational and fun lessons using concrete examples. I also help students to pass their exams in life and earth sciences for the baccalaureate, mid-term exams and oral exams.

I have been a public school teacher for four years and have previously trained students to take the university entrance exams in this subject. Reinforcement classes will be given based on the official biology curriculum for the second year of high school in public education in Spain, with special emphasis on the relationship of concepts, deduction and a deep understanding of the subject in order to be able to face the entrance exam in optimal conditions and obtain a high average grade.

Structure of the plasma membrane The plasma membrane is mainly composed of: Phospholipids: These amphipathic molecules (having both a hydrophilic and a hydrophobic part) are organized into a double lipid layer. This structure gives the membrane its semi-permeable barrier property. Proteins: They are integrated into the lipid bilayer and perform various functions: transport of molecules, reception of signals, cellular recognition, etc. Carbohydrates: Linked to lipids (glycolipids) or proteins (glycoproteins), they play an important role in cell recognition and cellular interactions. Function of the plasma membrane Selective barrier: The plasma membrane allows the selective passage of certain molecules while preventing others. Transport: Membrane proteins provide passive (simple or facilitated diffusion) or active (pumps) transport of molecules across the membrane. Receiving signals: Membrane receptors allow the cell to detect and respond to signals from its environment. Cell recognition: Molecules present on the surface of the membrane allow cells to recognize and interact with each other. Maintenance of homeostasis: The plasma membrane helps maintain a stable intracellular environment by regulating exchanges between the cell and its environment. Properties of the plasma membrane Fluidity: The plasma membrane is not a rigid structure but rather fluid, which allows it to deform and change shape. Asymmetry: The two faces of the plasma membrane have different compositions, which gives the membrane polarity. Plasma membrane models Fluid mosaic model: This model, the most accepted, describes the membrane as a constantly changing mosaic of lipids and proteins.

Biology can be tricky as it contains lots of different components. This can be introduced slowly as I will provide support over lessons teaching you lots of information but a slow and steady pace giving you questions and answers along the way.
