Student in first year of law, I have already given tutoring courses to several middle school students (5th and 4th). I am particularly gifted in French, English and history-geography and you will see a real progress in your children. Pedagogue, experienced and patient, I am very serious and efficient.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

With this tutoring class, my aim is to help the student to reach a level of understand of historical event with a methodology that is appropriate for the student and helps him/her. It can be a revision of basic notions seen in school or it can be the preparation of an exam .

Hello everyone! I am Gamze, a bioinformatician and evolutionary biologist working with the evolution of bats! I graduated from a multidisciplinary field called Earth System Science where geology, climatology, geography, and biology meet! Additionally, I am a caver and I enjoy exploring the underground world. I can teach introductory and intermediate level geology and geography for secondary school, high school and university-levels.

History and geography in secondary school are subjects that may seem complex to students, because they require both rote learning and a certain analytical mind. However, with the right keys, they do not pose great difficulties and can even be rewarding. I firmly believe in this approach due to my experience as a Mental Coach working with young athletes between Nice and Cannes, as well as throughout Europe via video conferencing, as part of their preparation for the French Tennis Championships. It has reinforced my conviction that working on a subject should be a nurtured objective that encompasses personal growth and development. History is what connects the present to the past and helps us to predict the future. In my class, you will learn modern european history, in particular the history of Germany from 1918 to 1989. You will be taught by a world class teacher that has studied European history to a high level, gaining an A in the subject. The key aspects of the history of Germany will be broken down into manageable chunks for students to understand more easily. The classes are delivered through interactive learning consisting of kahoot quizes, powerpoint slides and asking questions to students.
