It is authentic, yet fun, hatha yoga. We start the basic hatha yoga practice at the beginning and then we will add some breath techniques once your body gets used to it. The goal of yoga is to bring harmony between your body, mind and soul. It helps you to maintain your healthy mind and body. The time of yoga and meditation gives you a chance to observe yourself and to get to know yourself deeply. It is not a competition and is a time just for yourself.     The ancient practice of mindfulness - cultivating present-moment awareness - is a powerful way to manage stress, find balance, and reconnect with who we really are. Increasingly used in the workplace to enhance productivity and creativity, mindfulness can lead to a greater sense of well-being and fulfilment. Here, you can learn mindfulness in a one-to-one setting to received tailored classes and support. Josh came to mindfulness at a challenging time and found that it gave him a new sense of calm and positivity.
