About Me

Hi I am Jason and I'm a trainer, manager, practitioner, researcher, mentor and lecturer. I have 20 years experience working with people with complex needs in a Probation Approved homeless hostel, dealing with both criminal justice clients and community referrals.
As above shows I have the capacity to meet anyone on their journey in terms of both their learning style and my ability to impart information at the level that offers high value to them in terms of usability.
During this time I was part of a management team then more latterly the sole manager, so I have high levels of understanding in terms of both practice and theory to share in terms of both provision and understanding of the client group.
I am also an ILM and CMI level 7 trainer in both leadership and management and coaching and mentoring and have high levels of knowledge concerning all areas of both with an interest in high performance and staff development in high impact occupations.
I am a social scientist and will also be offering specialist classes in sociology, cultural anthropology, criminology, social psychology, ethnography and cultural studies.
I am on linkdin as Dr Jason and currently have a couple of short articles concerning mentoring and leadership posted on there, as well as a link to my PhD concerning masculinities, culture and violence.
