In the last ten years I spent a lot of time producing electronic music and I developed my solo and other projects as a mix of jazz, electronic and neoclassical music. I have a master degree in Live Electronics took a the Antwerp Conservatory. With six years of self taught production and industry knowledge under my belt, I've been fortunate enough to play clubs, festivals, and international shows with my music, and have released music on a wide expanse of award winning electronic labels, such as Low Down Deep, Billegal Beats, Kingdom Audio, in the Lab Recordings, and more. For over 10 years I've tutored people of all ages and abilities in different musical fields. All from classical music to mixing your own pieces and songs. I am able to teach theory, composition and playing music from young children to adult syllabus study. I have Music and Music Technology qualifications and have been playing and writing music the majority of my life. I will use my knowledge and experience to benefit you in whatever your need is if that’s exam prep or just interested in the subject. :)

My lessons are aimed at teaching a method that can allow student's autonomy in using Max/MSP programming language and the Gen/Gen~ environment. The neophyte can benefit from a practical method, which focuses on the constant exchange between theory and practice; the advanced student will benefit from the refinements of their practice in patch design. Ideally, the student will be able to be independent in some months. Students can expect partial covering of DSP topics for music. If needed, a specific lesson can be requested. Students are invited to present their works and patches, and can expect to discuss them in detail. Students are expected to be present for each scheduled class, not late, and to avoid a rude or disrespectful behavior. DISCLAIMER I am learning Dutch as for September 2024.
