My English lessons are for all levels and my style is relaxed - I will adapt to you! I have lived in several American cities (San Francisco, San Diego, Washington DC, New York) and I will be happy to talk to you about American culture. Cinema, music, politics, differences between the French and American models, comparisons between the West Coast and the East Coast... let's talk about what interests you! I know that what helped me most in my learning English was making English-speaking friends. My priority is that you talk to me about yourself while having fun to the point of forgetting that it's in English! Let's have fun above all. :)

I have five years of experience, during which I gave private and group lessons, and I have a Master's degree in FLE. I have a very good sense of teaching. Graduated from a Masters in Comparative Literature and a Masters in Literary Translation, currently a freelance translator, I offer tutoring courses for middle and high school students in French. I have already accompanied several students in their preparation for the French bac, who have all made good progress. With my students, I insist on acquiring a good methodology to succeed, and put special emphasis on self-confidence: text commentary and essay should not be scary exercises! I have traveled around the globe which has led me to speak several languages and also to work in particular in England, Australia, Spain or the Dominican Republic. Basically I start the lessons by talking with my students about a bit of everything (in order to enrich the vocabulary). Depending on the level I adapt with files that are sent during the course. I also use the Callan method which works on repetition in order to properly assimilate useful words and phrases.
