Tango Argentino private and group class by Jelena
Tango structure, technique, expressiveness, musical identity and dance. Dance communication programs for improving life and tango skills (PokreTTAngo, Stretch-tango, TangoZavrk and ...).
An important part of the dance is belief in the aesthetics and should not be neglected. When we start to feel comfortable with the movement in body and mind, we can focus on the beauty of its external shape for us and then with person with whom we are creating tango story. Changing the phrases and essence of movement and motion can bring great diversity in the dance. Even in the simplest movements. This again enables us to interpret many different music with the awareness of motion optimization and mutual communication.

About Me
I have been dancing since I was 5 years old in verified dance schools from the city of Zagreb.I've been teaching tango argentino for 20 years. I started teaching tango argentino because I noticed the neglect of congenital factors of it as dance, music and written and spoken words, and as a social phenomenon.
My dance ❤️ is also innovator of dance communication programs for improving life and tango skills (PokreTTAngo, TangoZavrk and ...).
Students are talking about my ability to adapt the idea on innovation way so that students can understand and apply the material in any segment.
Tips on musicality, also offering, accepting, creating idea of the movement and how we can express ourselvesas individuals and in pairs. In this way the dancers tango argentino of all levels should be able to take a certain part of the lesson with them and are encouraged to evolve.
Making an effort to approach each student and couple individually. Having and transmitting a clear idea and changing it in some moments is extremely important.

Dancers as equals in the couple and they both contribute to the dance equally.
Communication goes both ways. By suggesting, understanding and sharing a movement inspired by each other on the music we are both actively and willingly participating in the creating dance story.

Argentinian tango. CAUSE AND EFFECT. Communication in dance as a tool in relationships.📌It doesn't always take two for things to work...
To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence!
I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects.
There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗
Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅
❤️🔥What will the classes be like, you ask?
I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form.
We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance.
With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩
Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️
Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.

The lessons I offer can include musical practice, rhythms, progressions and typical melodies, as well as the study of the history of the musical genres and the culture associated with them.
If you want to nurture your career as a musician with other genres or if you are an amateur musician with an interest in music from the south of the world, these lessons are for you. If you are not a musician and simply want to approach the study of the culture, I can also provide books, articles and videos relating to it.
I would love to contribute to the further dissemination of this folklore that I love so much.

Piano&Music Lessons by Aleksandra (Buenos Aires-London-Rotterdam)Piano, harmony, music theory, aural training, arrangements and composition dedicated teacher. Vast experience with different ages and levels, preparation for international exams, auditions and competitions.
"I am a superior piano professor and I have started teaching in Buenos Aires, Argentina, my home country, 8 years ago. Recently I was living in London, UK, where I worked as a full-time piano teacher in WKMT Piano Institute where I have trained and developed my pedagogic skills working with students from all around the world. This experience allowed me to mentor from professionals to early ages with very diverse backgrounds. These are the kind of experiences worth working for, and that confirm my engagement to my pedagogic aims.
Building structures that fight to give a voice to the speechless is one of the values I learnt to care the most as a working woman, and that is the reason why I feel engaged with teaching music. Music is a tool to learn a whole different language and improve intelligence and creativity, no matter which is your background. Music is a way of finding how to express yourself in a specific language, and it is at the same time a fun and fascinating process. As a music teacher, I face a challenge every time I train a student, because learning music and learning piano implies a very personal developement.
I continued this project in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where I became a Master of Music in World Music (Tango-Jazz Composition) at CODARTS University. I intend to keep sharing my knowledge and experience with new students."
